Day 26: Who should go through a character shift

This probably didn't come as a surprise to most of your but I had to go with Dr. Halstead. 

I feel as if he is too naive and his only goal is to save patients. I get that he wants what's best for them but he needs to realize that what's best for them at times is just letting go so that they don't feel anymore pain.

He also needs to realize that he should be treating people with more respect, especially Natalie. He thinks that what he wants comes first when sometimes you have to put others before yourself, especially as a doctor.
