you need a reasuuring hug, im here

i understand, and i'm willing to be the one to hold you near

you want to talk about your day

i understand, ill tell you its all ok

you need to be alone

thats ok, ill go home

you want to go hang out with them

i understand, ill be in the empty gym

you say that you want some space

i say you dont need to lie, i know my place

you are a garden and i am a snake

i shouldnt have tried so hard when i knew all along 

this was just a mistake

i knew from the start i wouldnt have a chance

so just tell me the truth, i understand
