hey so this is the first chapter here we go

KID BUCKY POV

I was on the school yard just playing around with some stuff catching bugs and lizards till I herd a scream I looked up and saw a very skinny boy screaming and scrambling up a tree and some other boys coming after him I knew they were gonna beat the crap out of this kid so I jumped and ran to them I saw the kid who already had a black eye busted lip and broken nose i watched him scramble up the tree then the guy grabbed his leg. Get back here Rogers we aren't finished. the kid looked down he was twelve looking i think I was thirteen and the kid lived next door i would hang out with him sometimes but he was sickly and wasn't aloud out side to much and i knew this was to much for the small guy. aw come on man I don't want any trouble. something fell out of his pocket one of the guys friends picked up the brown leather cover book it looked worn he opened it. aw does the little girl like to draw? he said in a baby voice. I'm not a girl. he squeaked they pulled him out of the tree and started kicking the kid i ran and shoved the my way in between the small kid and the other guys. Barnes move we don't want to hurt you. i threw a punch. hey man what the heck. oh so it's ok for you to hurt some one smaller than you but i can't hurt you? man we were just joking with him right Rogers? the boy didn't answer. how about you pick on some one your own size. or what? what will you do Barnes? i shoved him away. nothing i don't hurt people unless i need to get lost before i change my mind and i do hurt you. they ran off i held a hand out to the boy he cringed as if afraid i was going to beat on him. here let me help you up. he took my hand. hi. hi... thanks for sticking up for me James. Steve come on man your killing me call me Bucky and don't think about it. I walked him to the bathroom I picked him up and sat him on the sink counter i then tended to his nose and lip and eye and anything else that was hurt he moved my hand away from his face and looked down he then started crying. hey Steve don't do that don't cry. I'm sorry i can't help it. he cried even harder i took the kid into a hug. hey it's ok your safe now I promise

STEVE POV (MODERN DAYS)

I had bine looking for Bucky after I learned he was alive me and Sam had left to look for him and made sure we didn't look threating or it would make him freak out we were walking by a building that was abandoned and we herd talking just light mutters about something we walked in and there he sat he looked horrible broken and beat up and lost I almost broke down at the sight of my best friend looking like that I carefully walked up Sam looked a little unsure but went in any way I spoke. hey Bucky. he looked up and started scooting away he found him self in a corner he hugged his knees and put his head down and rocked back and forth a little oh Gosh he went into a panic attack i walked over but he turned away from me and wouldn't let me touch him. Bucky it's Steve. he turned his face to me his head still laying on his knees and he looked at me. S-Steve? yea buddy it's Steve. he just all but jumped in my lap he hugged me tight so did I it was good to have him hug me again. hey we gotta get outta here. he looked at me his hand still on my shoulder. let's go. i said crouching now. n-no I-I. Bucky no one is going to hurt you. i stood up. don't go. then come with me. he nodded a little then stood he moved some but as soon as he got to Sam he started backing up we both knew this was a proses it was going better than we thought Sam moved to the door and he was behind me Bucky walked up. we parked just a little ways from here. he nodded we got back to the car and i sat in the back with him Sam drove back to the stark tower where Tony insisted where all the avengers live Sam ran and let every one know he wasn't totally fine and not to make any sudden moves he told Clint to make sure his kids stayed on the couch and turned any games with gun noises off and not to make any loud noises and really fast movements we didn't want him going in assassin mode they all understood i walked with him he clung to my side as if he was glued to me we got to where every one was he wasn't to sure yet but i knew he was going to need some medical attention i looked at Banner. Bruce he will need some medical attention. knowing that he would i have stuff set up. he looked at me his eye's big with fear his grip on me became tighter. Bucky they won't hurt you. he nodded but he still looked scared I went with him we all did just in case he freaked out Natasha had some drugs to calm him if he started to panic we walked in to the room and i knew what he saw which was a chair with some stuff near it he stopped dead in his tracks and made a bee line out of the room. BRUCE I SAID CLEAR THIS AWAY FROM THE CHAIR! i yelled at him. sorry cap. GREAT JUST THANKS YOU JUST MADE AN UNSTABLE EX ASSASSIN FREAK OUT! i ran out and herd Natasha. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU BRUCE?!? i found Bucky cowering in a corner in the kitchen and Clint's kids watching him i looked at the oldest son. is he ok he didn't do any thing did he? i asked him. no he just came in here and well the rest you can see. i looked at him this is what  he did at the wear house i walked over. he Bucky I'm sorry.  he looked at me. don't make me go back in there. I won't come on. he walked with me and I went into my bathroom and sat him on the bathroom sink counter and tended to him he burst into tears. hey don't cry your safe now i promise.
