Elliott and Patty got married and they never told anyone about Elliott's secret.

They also had two children. They didn't adopt, they had a surrogate. The surrogate was Brendon Urie and he almost lost one baby after falling down the stairs. But Josh Dun found him and took him to the hospital. In the hospital Brendon got a C section and they rescued the baby.

They all moved to a small farm far away in Badlands. And now Elliott gallops happily in the fields with his children and his husband.

And everytime Elliott says hey Patty says
Hay is for horses.
