I woke up screaming in agonising pain. It felt like I was being stabbed. All I could see was darkness. I held my stomach where I could feel the excruciating pain, I couldn't feel anything protruding out of my body or any sign of blood. My heart was racing and I thought that there might be someone in my room. I turned to my bed side table and reached for my phone, I turned on the builtin flashlight but nothing was there. My body was still aching, I felt like I was going to die.
My door swung open and in came mum. "LIBERTY WHAT'S WRONG?" She panted.
"My stomach" I ghastly replied with my hands gripping to my stomach. It hurt to talk and I was feeling like I was about to pass out.
I then awoke on the concrete ground in a busy street. Where am I? I stood up and was feeling a bit confused. I looked down to see I was only in my pajarmas. The street was lit up, with lots of coloured lights flashing around signs on tall buildings. It was night time and I didn't understand why I was here. There were cars driving past me and people walking by, but they didn't notice me, it felt like I was invisible. I couldn't hear anything but this screeching, I followed the painful wailing, with every step I took, the screeching became louder. The noise was coming from a dark alley. I was full of fear but something kept pushing me towards the noise. I boldly walked into the alley not knowing what was coming next.
I saw someone running away and a man laying on the ground a few metres away. I couldn't see his face because his hood was covering it, he had his hands on his stomach, I could see some sort of liquid on the ground near him. The screech was unbearable, I held my ears to drown out the sound but it was no use. It smelt disgusting, probably due to the multiple dumpsters along the sides of the red bricked walls. I started walking a bit faster towards him. I felt nauseated with every step closer to him. As soon as I was near him the dreadful screech stopped. I knelt down and saw a stab wound and blood gushing out. I yelled out for help the loudest I could. Just as I was about to take off his hood I saw darkness again.
I woke up, laid on my side, I saw mums familiar face, she sitting next to me with one of her hands on my forehead.
"Are you okay?" She asked concerned.
"Where am I?" I somnolently cried.
"You're at home, in your bed. I rang the Ambulance, they said you might of fainted, they're on there way now."
"Oh, I'm okay." I said while trying to get up.
"Try and not move honey, they told me to let you lie on your side and breathe."
There was a knock on the door, mum left to go answer it. A few moments later she arrived with two other strangers, the pair were in enlarged green jackets and green pants with a fluorescent white strap around them. They were obviously the paramedics.
