Yona wasn't there. Well, she was around, but not near Hak. It wasn't often that she'd separate from her childhood friend and protector. But this day, she wanted some time alone. Hak wasn't worried though, he only punched Kija once.

Shin-ah was---as usual, hiding with Ao. They watched the four men from a tree; keeping an eye on the distant Yona. She was sat near a cliff that led to a pool of deep water. Shin-ah didn't want to tell Hak where she was. He'd noticed she was acting weird ever since he spotted her rushing off by herself. Ao and him were lazily eating berries as the tree cradled him. They watched the sun begin to set. Ao snuggled up to her friend and Shin-ah generously petted the small animal.

Below, Yoon was taking his time in checking their supplies, just to double check everything was correct. Every night he'd check to ensure that the group had enough food to survive. He'd go out and scavenge food at night, taking Shin-ah with him to find the right foods. One wrong berry and the boys and Yona could get deathly ill. He made Shin-ah pledge to not say anything to the others, but it was clear to everyone when the two left because they made so much noise.

Kija and Hak were being held apart by Zeno and Jae-ha. It wasn't until Hak stopped focusing on his little spat that he realized Yona was gone.

"Where's the Princess?" The others surveyed the clearing they were in, with no sight of her. What if she had gotten hurt? Kija didn't want to imagine that. He'd fight forever to protect her. Just as the other dragons and Hak would.

"She could be--" Kija started.

"Oi, don't be so negative! Yona's fine, right Shin-ah?" Zeno was looking up at him. He had noticed the blue dragon in the tree and only now realized what, sorry, who he was looking at. "Mmm." He nodded back.

"Is she okay? She's not hurt?" Hak asked.

Had she been gone for a long while? He wasn't sure what to do. Jae-ha jumped up to the tree branch Shin-ah was on and leaned onto the outer parts of the branch. He knew that Shin-ah wasn't very fond of people. He really only liked Ao, Yona and Yoon's occasional company.

Jae-ha looked over the trees to see a small clearing. It was hard to see with the sun burning the skyline. He squinted his eyes and faintly saw a human outline against the sun. He knew that if he were beside her at that moment, he'd be blushing, unsure if she was to bathe or not. He gulped.

"What is it?" Kija called to him.

"She looks fine. She's quite far away though." Jae-ha called down to them. Silence. The wind blew his hair softly as he looked in the direction of where Yona would be.

"Well, I'm going to start dinner soon. Would one of you pull her from her alone time?" Yoon brushed off his hands on his pants and stood.

"Zeno will help!" He smiled and followed after Yoon to another bag. It had knives and other meal preparation ware. Nothing too special; they weren't royalty or anything.

Shin-ah looked at the remaining three. They were staring at each other and internally deciding who would go to her. They knew Jae-ha was the most nimble. Knowing Kija, he'd run back after glimpsing a bug hanging from a branch. And after considering Hak's determination for Yona, Jae-ha decided to hold back, tugging Kija towards the little food prep area.

Yoon and Zeno begin cooking the food. Just the smell of the meat searing against the hot pan tugged Jae-ha over for a closer glimpse. He had been hungry; he missed both breakfast and lunch practicing fighting skills with Kija. Hak took a longing glimpse at the food but shook his head and went to fetch Yona. He was glad because he could spend some time alone with her.

They were always surrounded by the others in the Happy Hungry Bunch. It was fine, really, but he'd been thinking about being alone with her for so long. The last time was when they first escaped... Hak smiled as he walked. It had been days, weeks even since they were alone. The reason being that Yona couldn't trust herself around just Hak anymore. Neither could he.
