so this story would be about a medical professional getting called to take over a medical clinic somewhere in Africa (I was thinking Namibia, Zimbabwe, something like that) and everything appears to be alright in the country, but slowly signs of a political uprising starts to show, and what started as peaceful protests in the streets have now led to a mass genocide of anyone inside the country. the up risers specifically target malls, government agencies, and of course, hospitals.
so you get the idea, lol. I really like this idea!!
