Kierra's pov
I was sleeping peacefully when I felt someone poking my side.
" What?! " I mumbled into my pillow.
" Wake up sleepy head " the person said and poke my side again.
" Let me sleep, it's Sunday " I said yawning and digging my head more and more into my comfy pillow.
" I think you're forgetting something " the voice said.
" Really? What? " I asked my head still dug into my comfy pillow.
" Well young lady, you have a date to go to right? " the voice asked.
" Fuck!!! " I shouted getting up.
" Language young lady! " the voice said in a serious tone and I looked to see my dad.
" What time is it?! " I asked, nearly shouted panicked.
" Good morning dad, how are you doing today? " Dad asked
" I'm fine thank you " dad continued.
" Oh C'mon dad, you know I love you " I said and hugged him.
" Morning everyone " Nat said entering my room and jumped on my bed.
" Morning " dad and I said together.
" If I were you sis, I would hurry cause Alex is coming in approx 45 minutes " Nat said looking at the watch on his wrist.
" Crap! " I nearly shouted.
" Language young lady " dad said.
" Sorry " I said while running into the bathroom.
I quickly showered, dried my hair and straightened it. I looked through my clothes in my closet and picked one of my favorite outfit and high heels. I did not really put a lot of makeup. Just a little bit of eye shadow, lip gloss and mascara. I removed my favorite black hand bag, took my phone and wallet and stuffed it into my bag quickly and rushed downstairs.
I went into the kitchen for a glass of water and saw my mom there.
" Morning mom " I said and gave her a cheek kiss.
" Morning sweetheart. You are looking very beautiful today " she said smiling.
" I still can't believe you're finally going on a date after all these years " mom said.
" Oh C'mon mom, please don't start " I said hiding my face in my palms.
" So, at what time is Alex coming? " mom asked.
" He should be coming in a few minutes " I replied looking at the time.
I was waiting then suddenly my phone buzzed.
