Chapter 1

Cassidy's {POV}

Hi I'm Cassidy. I'm not a normal girl but I seem like it. I am a werewolf but, I haven't gone threw my first shift yet. I don't know why I haven't shifted yet. My mother said I'm just a late bloomer. I don't think so I'm really scared when i meet my mate he will reject me because i haven't shifted yet. My twin sister Amber shifted before me she found her mate he loves her and accepts her and she's mute. I can talk to my wolf I just haven't shifted yet. I don't understand it but the pack doctor has been doing tests on me to see why i haven't shifted yet. He thinks i might be a rare kind of wolf that's why I haven't shifted yet. You see every wolf has a special talent I haven't discovered mine yet because I haven't shifted yet. Okay enough feeling sorry for myself and being depressed about all this stuff. I was just sitting in my room when my sister and her mate came in my room. Andrew what do you want I said. He said he felt like i should get out today i said i didn't feel like it. After he and my sister left my room i picked up my headphones and started listening to I don't love you by bvb. I was still in my pjs cause today is another lazy day. My mother Suasn came in my room to check on me to make sure I was okay and asked if I taken my meds. I bet your wondering why I need to take meds well I have multiple personality disorder and it gets out of control sometimes. I just nodded my head and she left my room to take care of my baby brother Jake. My brother Tyler is the alpha of the pack no my father isn't dead or anything my brother just took over for my dad Shawn. Tyler's friend Damon came over to hang out Damon has always had a crush on me but he knows how I feel about wanting my mate he tells me countless times that if my mate doesn't accept me he wouldn't care for his mate. He's really sweet to me his wolf wants me as his mate I think Damon may have already found her but I don't know he hasn't told me. I went to take a shower then fix something to eat. I decided after I ate I would go for a walk my wolf Iris was talking to me while on my walk asking me question about what I think are coat will look like or what talent we had. Amber her talent is she's really artistic and draws constantly she sells them for money. Tyler is very talented in playing the guitar his mate will be a lucky girl. As for Damon he can sing really good him and my brother started a band while they were freshmen there seniors now. We go to an all werewolf school so we don't get caught shifting in a regular school I'm a sophomore i don't have many friends i have a couple but not many I'm considered an outcast even though Tyler's popular he can't even help with me being an outcast hell Amber's mute and she's high ranked as the prettiest girl in school. I don't try to let bulling get to me but sometimes I just can't help it. It's just one of my multiple personality's the one thats really sensitive she comes out a lot. People pick on me because I haven't shifted yet I have no control over it but it will happen someday I hope. I'm getting distracted now it's about to start raining I better get home I sniffed the air something was coming a I looked down and saw a stray puppy I picked him up and headed home I ran in the pack house. I asked my mom and dad if I could keep him they let me keep him they feel bad for me. I decided to name him Kawaii I'm obsessed with Japanese things. I need to go to the pet store to buy him food and a bed and toys and a food bowl and a leash and some cute outfits after it rains. I laid down on my bed with Kawaii on my chest I let sleep over take me. My father came into check on me woke me up to tell me the rain stopped I gently picked Kawaii and sat him in my Mercedes car I rolled the window down a little and went to the pet store once I got there i got a cart and sat him in it I got him some dry and soft food a big soft bed and some toys and a leash and a bowl and a couple outfits and a collar and went home I put his food bowl in the kitchen and gave him some in his bowl I put on his collar and a cute outfit with skulls on it I put his leash in my room and his bed and toys. I sat on my bed and waited till mom made dinner. Tyler had his friends over Damon, Alex, and Drew they have band practice. Amber's friends came over and my friends came over Luna, Beck,Trixie,Eli,Eliza, Andy, and Jade. They just made my day we had a movie night every monday mostly at my sometimes we take turns. We all fell asleep watching movies Beck and Luna were cuddling Eli and Andy were also cuddling yes there gay and I accept it there my best friends.
