The kupatana celebration
This episode gives us a tlk holiday called the kupatana celebration
The holiday is about all the animals of the pridelands coming together in peace and putting there differences for one day for peace and unity or comuinty take It what you will

So this episode starts off with a song (video above )
And holy hell it's beautiful along with a giraffe singing it,who knew

And then we see simba talking with the guard as they were watching the group sing
Then out far away we hear hyenas laughing

I don't get it ,the outlands is far far away and they here hyenas laughing

janja and the hyenas are chasing a jackle pup far off in the outlands
So the guard went to go to save the pup in the outlands even though they protect the pridelands but whatever

There's also a nice reference to the lion king where kion jumps from behind a rock to tackle janja
Like simba jumping from behind a tree log that pumba got lodged in to tackle nala

Anyway janja said the guard could take the jackle

Anywho

There's a plan behind this
Idk how the jackles thought this would work perfectly like it did from the start

The pup gets chased
The guard saves it
They take him to the pridelands

Anywho the pups mom was watching from a rock when the guard was talking to the pup

And how the mom knew was a yip yip yip from the pup

So we find out the pups name is dogo

They let him stay in the pridelands

Even tho they should have taken him to simba for him to be judged to see if he could stay or not but nope they just let him stay in the pridelands without simbas knowledge of the pups existence in the pridelands

So they say he could stay on a nice little hill side and then they ran off to patrol the pridelands to make sure peace is at bay for kupatana

Then the dogos mom showed up along with his dad and said there gonna raid kupatana

That's it no more
