Chap 2 The truth comes out

"Okay, it's all going to be okay" Jake reassured himself "this is all just a miss understanding I'm sure Juliet is a wonderful nurse and I'm just being paranoid".As Jacob calmed down he went back into the break room after splashing his face with cold water in the bathroom."Well he said I better get ready to go home it is getting late and I'm just tired".As he said goodbye to all his friends Jacob gathered his stuff and went home.As he walked into the house his wife Rachel had a couple of things to say to him."Why are you so late" Rachel said calmly "you were supposed to be home forty-five minutes ago"."I'm sorry" Jacob said with a sigh "I had a rough day at work today almost two dozen more people died after being fine".They sat down and turned on the television.After being silent for a while Rachel finally said "I'm sorry, I know it's very hard to lose patients"."I just don't understand how it happened, everything goes fine then all of a sudden they are dead" Jacob said quietly."Is there something wrong happening, is all the materials clean" Rachel said."As clean as can be, we replace the cleaning solution every couple of minutes and let it soak for at least a day" Jacob said sadly."I don't know" Rachel mumbled "I just don't know".Back at the office things were the same and just as sad as usual.Today Jacob was determined to find out how and why all these people were dying.As he was cleaning up after one of another tragic death the decided to take a look at the body itself and find out what was really going on.After taking a look for a good half an hour Jacob came up with nothing and could not find out what was wrong with the body everything was perfectly fine.As he started wrapping up he found an unusual cut in the persons heart.This was it, this is the reason everyone was dying and Jacob knew it. All he needed to know was who it was and why they were doing it and Jacob had an idea.
