The Lone Wolf

Chapter 1

The moon shone it's ghostly yet beautiful light down upon Crystal making her more mysterious and beautiful than ever. Crystal is beautiful yet modest,named for her pure snow white coat and personality. She has always wondered why the moon always shone brighter than the sun but only came out at night. The light chill in the air only added to the spookiness of the night but she was not frightened if anything she felt alive she finally could breathe. Living In the wild was not fun and she barley had any skills she knew she was the runt of the pack the girl crystal clear with a father who could not care if she left or not. Not to mention the mate who rejected her and he was barley even a wolf she was hated yet she was loved for beauty,but beauty is not everything for it fades. Crystal was not angry though she respected the moon goddess and her decision she always came to howl to her every full moon and her howl like her was beautifully clear but had a edge of mystery to it. She snapped out of her thoughts by the sound of a branch snapping. She turned around to find a wolf staring at her. She stayed frozen with fear. He was huge and most definatly the biggest wolf she ever saw bigger than the alpha of her old pack. His eyes were a molten silver with flecks of gold. His expression was tense and aware his ears were pointed and he balenced perfectly on his feet with a cat like grace. His midnight black fur had one spot of color of white which shone like a light in the night. So In a short way he was the most beautiful wolf she had ever seen but in a ghostly way. It kind of surprised her how the moon light seemed to expand to make a circle of light for them. Then he lunged for her. Crystal scared darted out of the way only to be pushed against a tree. He came in front of her muzzle and she saw something flash red then it went black,but she knew he was beta of Shadowlight pack the most feared pack in the world.She could tell from the mark on his head.
