Puppy Love- Part 9

Today my Big Sis took me for my Walkie

because Big bro was busy, as usual talking to his Rockie

She kept telling me about her school

and how everybody considered her uncool

But, in reality, to me, she is as cute as a Doll

Those kids are crazy, they must have banged their head on a wall

I can't wait till when she grows out of this phase

when one loses oneself just to gather praise

With my leash snaked upto to her elbow

She took me where the mushrooms grow

It is one of her most loved play area

Here, she gets troubled trying to control her hysteria

She locked me on one of the baby swings

and made me fly high, see I have wings !

Such high heights soon began making me scare 

but, then I spotted Polly running towards us with very messed up hair

My sister instantly, got me down from the swing

She got very worried on hearing the whole thing

Polly told us about Ollie's  shocking escape

when they had come out for walk to maintain her shape !

I didn't wait to hear any further

I ran away on getting a whiff of her fur

My sister made Polly sit down on the Grassie

She trusted I would return back with Ollie

It was very definite that she was in the Park

but, where was she? The anger made me Bark !

I repeatedly called for her

till the time everything started to blur

With all hope lost, I fell on the ground

but, then in the silence, I heard a weeping sound

I gained my strength and ran with all I had

Ollie was stuck in a hole ! She looked very sad !

Quickly I pulled out her holding her by her collar

and then I hugged her tight, I stood a few inches taller

Tears dripped from her eyes

She cried how she could not jump out despite many tries

I noticed her Nosie was completely dry

So, I licked it, lo, it made her feel shy

She smiled and licked my Nosie back

saying, she got confused with the sack

It was kept fallen on the ground 

She tumbled on it and got stuck around

She had not seen the man hole in the way

when she had come running out to play

I licked her eyes to stop her cries

and then walked back holding her as my Prize

The girls jumped instantly on seeing us back

they gave a High Five to each other with a loud smack

We caught our breaths while my sister chatted away with Polly

But me? I just kept staring at my lovely White Dollie

Under my intense stare, she kept blushing and smiling all the while

I am sure she too was dreaming of walking next to me down the aisle

In silence this way, we professed our love to each other

and also promised to look after one another

Now that she had completely healed

we decided that its time that our love should be revealed

Before we could dream any further

Polly came to us and begun straightening her fur

She then picked Ollie and tucked her under an arm

and thanked my Sister and me from protecting her from harm

She also invited us home the next day

so, that we all get chance with each other to play

It seemed my Sister had finally found a real friend

while I had dipped in a love that had no end

Both us returned back home happy after waving them Goodbye

Ollie had made me so happy that it felt I could jump off the sky !
