I'm about to go to Josh's house when my phone buzzes. It's Mandy.

Ash : Woahhhh.. Chill sissy.... It has been a few weeks.. 😩 miss you already
Mandy🙈: I THINK THAT MY CAPSLOCK BUTTON JUST COLLAPSED 😂😂
Ash : You went pretty hard on your phone mandy... Like seriously 😪

Josh's POV
It's 4 o'clock right now. Ashlynn should be here any minute. I don't know why but i feel nervous. I don't know why but i just felt anxiety. Well that's strange. Then i realize something.. I haven't gave her my address. Clumsy me. So i quickly text ash about the address.
Ashlynn's POV
I am heading to Josh's house. And then i realize.. I DON'T KNOW WHERE HE LIVESSS. Oh my god. Then my phone buzzes. It's a text from Josh. He told me the address.
"Finally" i said to myself while i was running across the street.
"Number 21... 22..23...24" i said to myself as i found Josh's home. It is quite small. Not like my gigantic house. I was about to knock the door but Josh already standing at the door.
"Hey, sorry i'm kindda late" i said.
"Nah, that's okay.. It's my fault anyway.. Please come in" he said.
His living room is super cozy. There's 2 sets of sofas by the fireplace. Josh handed me a blanket because it is quite freezing out there.
I sat on the couch and Josh is sitting next to me.
"Where's your sister?" I ask
"Oh she's in her ballet class now" he says out loud while handing me a cup of tea. "Green tea" he simply says.
"Thanks" i said as i sip the tea. It was very good.
"Hmm... This tea is so damn good... Where did you buy it??" I asked
"Oh this thing.. My mom bought it when she was in Asia a couple weeks ago." He said.
"This tea is SO GOOD" i Said almost scereaming. He lets out a small giggle. I blushed a little. Geez.
"Awhhhh you blushed" Josh said giggling
I quickly hide my face behind the tea cup. That is the most stupid thing i've ever done.
"You know, i can still see you behind that cup" he said trying to move the cup from my face.
"I know.. I'm just being so silly today.. I don't know why really" i said while giving him my cup.
"Oh really?? I think you're silly everyday" he says while running towards the kitchen.
"JOSHHHHHHHHH" i yelled and chase him to the kitchen. He pretend to yell for help. I caught him from the back and we both fell to the floor. Thank God the cup was okay. We laugh for a good 3 minutes and i help him carry the cups.
His kitchen is HUGE. Seriously huge. I never been to a kitchen this big.
"Woah, this kitchen is sweet" i said
"Well thanks, my mom is a really good cook. That's why this kitchen is the biggest part of the house" he says while he's washing the cups.
I take a walk around and saw his family photo. It's just a normal family but i don't see his father. I wondered where is his dad.
"Hey Josh, where's your dad?" I ask curiously.
Suddenly, i hear a glass shattered.
"Josh?" I said
I turned around and see Josh in tears and ran towards his room. Oh geez what've i done?? I ran towards his room. I'm having a hard time finding his room because there are 4 rooms in one floor. But i found it shortly after i heard sobbing. I knocked the door.
"Josh... It's me... Look, i have no clue that my question hurts that much and i'm so sorry about that.. But we can figure this thing out okay?? Please open the door" i said. Suddenly, the door starts to open. I walked in towards his bed and sat next to him.
"So tell me, what's wrong?"
"M..my dad l...eft w..when i was 5.. After that, i... A..lways try ..to f..orget.. Him.. But.. I can't.." he says.
"Oh geez, i'm so sorry" i said. Stupid me. Why do i even ask that question.
"Nah, that's okay.. I really need to talk to somebody about it.. Really" he says wipping his tears.
"No no, i feel bad.. Is there something i can do to help you?" I said
"I just need a friend who is with me all the time, a friend to have a long chats everyday.. That's all" he said.
"Then, you've found the right person" i say trying to get him happy again. He giggled.
"I knew i've found the right one" he said.
"Hug maybe?" I ask.
"Yes please" he said.
Josh's POV
I'm glad to have a friend like Ash. She's funny, energetic, really kind, understanding. I like her.
"Hug?" She asked
"Yes please" i said
She hugged me. I felt some kind of warmth. I like it. I like it this way. After a good 5 minutes, we release our hug. We chatted a lot. It's almost 8 o'clock. Woah, that's fast...
Ashlynn's POV
I walked back home alone since Josh have to cook dinner for his family and i also have to cook dinner for me and Alex. After a short walk, i made it to my house.
"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN SISTERRR?!?!" Alex yelled from the kitchen.
"Calm down lex, i just got home from Josh's house." I said while hanging my coat.
"Awhhh, Ashlynn is back from her date" Lex said
"Oh shut up lex.. IT IS NOT A DATE" i said while heating the pan.
"Okay then, my request of the night is.."
"SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS.. I know lex" i cut him.
"Oh you know it already.. Nice nice" he said while he sets up the table.
*skip cooking and eating*
It's 10 pm. I just finish preparing for tomorrow's class. I jumped onto my bed and checked my phone. I decided to make another q&a video on saturday.
