Mollys pov:
I went into my bedroom and packed most of my clothes and combat boots my pen knife and a packet of headache tablets cause its easy for me to get a headache. I didn't have a clue what was going on but I listened to rick and did as I was told cause what's the point in fighting. When I was just putting in my deodorant into my bag I heard a gunshot and screaming I ran as fast as I could downstairs with my bag on my shoulders and just in time to see rick, carl and loir driving away. "great so fucking great" I shouted. I looked around to see where the gunshot came from when I saw my mom on the ground. But this wasn't my mom she looked sick with grayish skin and really bright blue scary eyes and bullet holes in her chest and one in her head That's when Josh from my school came up to me, me and Carl and him used to be friends before this. "Molly did you see the news" he said out of breath and blood splattered all over him. "No, but what happened to you" I exclaimed looking at the axe in his and the blood. "Well the CDC said its like the dead came back but cannibals and not able to speak or think" he said. "Oh my god" I cried realising thats probably what happened to my mom. "Its okay molly we'll stick together" he said pulling me into a hug I knew Josh well because he lives two houses down from me and my mom and his mom were friends. "Where's carl I would have thought he would be with you". "They came but then left I'm not sure why" I said looking at my mom. "Come on let's go somewhere safe" he said putting his arm around my shoulder.

Carl's pov:
"DAD STOP WE CANT LEAVE HER"
I screamed at my dad tears falling on my cheeks. Me and molly have been friends since we were three and now we're thirteen I can't just leave her not like this. "Carl calm down she'll be safe she's a smart girl, if anything she's made for this world okay we just have to go we'll try find her later just not now" my dad said he's voice calm but breaking. I just rolled my eyes and leaned my head agents the door mad at him and my mom not saying anything I know she's just upset cause she's pregnant but its not fair that we have to leave molly like this. "Fine dad let's just leave molly here to die who cares anyway right not like she's the most important person in my life" I said in a sarcastic tone. "Its not like I don't love her" I said making my dad to break the car. "Son i-im so sorry" my dad said, tears in his eyes. "No dad its too late now" we keep driving to who knows were and who cares anymore my world has just been torn away into shreds.

*2 years later*
Molly's p.o.v
"Come on Josh we have to leave" I said. "Ya its nearly dark" he said kinda annoyed. "What's wrong" I ask him. "I was thinking bout that prison do you think it'll be safe?" The other week when we came here we saw a prison that looked clear enough so we decided to wait a couple of days and then see if it was safe enough to go there. Well so far it looked good enough we never been close up but close enough to see the cars and people walking around. "Ya they have a good amou- "AGHGHGHGHAH" Josh screamed as I spun around to just see the walker bite straight into he's shoulder. "JOSH" I screeched shooting the walker not caring if every walker heard it. I ran over to his side just in time for him to say "go to the.. P-prison keep sa-fe..." and that's when he died then and there in my arms I cried my eyes out while putting the gun to he's head, slowly putting my finger on the trigger and then pulling it. I got up and walked on heading for the prison hopefully there nice here hopefully they'll take me in.
