I Don't Like The Ending Myself But It Started With A Pretty Good Scene

I'm going to try and write another book. Hopefully this one will be better and I won't give up on it after a chapter and a half.

Going to be in first person (unless stated otherwise)

It's my first day of high school! I woke up early to do my hair and makeup, dressed up in a blue dress. I finally thought I looked pretty, and I guess I did because as soon as I stepped out of my car I got whistled at. New school. New year. Same assholes. I guess anxiety follows you everywhere. I got into the school and ran straight to the nearest bathroom and had to calm down.

It's okay I thought. He just thinks you're hot.. Everything is fine. Keep it together. I sniffled and looked in the mirror, my eyes were already starting to get red and puffy. Just make it through the day. You got this. I hate being cat-called I find it so degrading and humiliating. I fix my skirt and go to my first period.

First period

English

My absolute worst class. I'm a fantastic writer but I don't see the point of the class. Shakespeare. Poetry. Grammar. Why? It's just boring, I'm much more content sitting back and reading fanfic on Wattpad. The teacher rambled on and on about class policy and such so I put in my earbuds and blasted some Attila. I loved the weird looks I'd get when the people around me heard my music. It was pleasing in a way, thinking I'm a sweet child who listens to 5sos. I'm not. I'm a riot girl. The god forsaken class finally ended and I walked to Math praying I wouldn't get lost. Eventually I heard the bell ring and realized I was no where near my class. I gave up and found and door not knowing it was gonna lead me to the back exit. I walked out a bit shaken and saw a group of people they all looked so tough and a moment of fear washed through me until I heard what they were listening to. Immaculate Misconception blared through the speakers and I sang in my head.

"Who the hell are you?" A kid with long black hair said.

"Blair." I breathed.

"Well what the fuck do you want?" He said getting in my face.

"Nothing really I was just late to class and I panicked and left.. Does anyone have cigarettes?"

"Well take your whore ass back to class, and don-" He started.

"Brandon chill out." A girl with short brownish hair interjected. "Yea I've got some, oh and my names Gianna by the way."

Brandon grumbled something under his breath but sat down and took a drag from his cigarette. Clearly he didn't like me that much.

"Oh thank you so much. I just started and I don't know where anything is and I'm just so nervous. I'm not even from the state. I had to move here because I did some dumb stuff back in my old school so my parents gave up. I'm rambling aren't I?"
"Just a bit, but I understand I was new last year. These guys became my best friends." She said motioning to the group of people around us.

"Oh that's pretty cool." I murmured lighting my cig and taking a drag. "How long did it take for you to get the hang of everything?"

"Not that long but I had these guys to help me out. Don't worry though I'll help you out this year, I'm sure most of them will too." She grinned.

"Yea sure." Brandon I suppose, said sarcastically. "Maybe she should get her shit together herself."

"Oh fuck off." A girl I hadn't really noticed yet said. She was pretty short and had bright red hair and snake bites. She was beautiful. "I'll help you out too."

"I guess if she does I have too." A much taller guy with curly hair said before kissing the red head quickly.

"Gross, get a room Bell." Brandon said and flicked her nose.

"What I can't help that Bryce is adorable." She said smiling at who I guess is Bryce lovingly. I'm gonna assume they're a thing.

We talked for a while and I got to know some of the others. There was Tony, Jesse, and Damien on the guy side. Skyanna, Jade, and Chanell for the girls. I was really glad I had found a group of people that I got along with. The only bothersome aspect was that Brandon kept looking at me. Almost as if he knew me. Gianna gave me her number and told me to text her whenever. Right as we were getting ready to go into to lunch a teacher/principal came out.

"All of you to my office immediately!"

Great way to start off my new school.
