*It's been almost a month now and I've lost all hope. My family is gone I can't find shelter or any other survivors.*
My best friend Lilly died two days ago I watched her get eaten by those things. I've come across a group that thought these things were just sick and that there was a cure. I didn't believe them, our camp got over run Lilly and I were the only ones who made it out alive.
Driving on the highway was difficult beside I'm only 12. I kept driving until I saw a bar on the side of the road. "Maybe there's some weapons in there." I spoke to myself.
I open the bar doors. "Hello? Is anyone here?" I see a gun on the table with some amo I grab it all. Running back to the car I see people down the road, I drive up to them.
"Hello?" A skinny man greasy chocolate brown hair comes up to me. "Who are you?" "I'm Charlotte" he nods and goes to get a couple of other members of his group they talk. He comes back over to me "If you need a place to stay your always welcome." "Thank you I've been on the road for a while." A lady with short brown hair comes up to me. "Do you have others?" I shake my head.
It's been almost a week since I've met Rick and his group it's like I'm part of the family now. "Hey Charlotte can you give me a hand" Beth yells to me. "Sure what's wrong and you can call me Charlie." "Ok Charlie can you help me bring this wood to the RV?" I nod, pick up the wood and put it next to the RV. "Thanks." "No problem" walking back to my tent I run into Daryl. "Oh sorry" I say nervously. "It's fine." He says with a smile. "Hey Carl do you wanna head over to the barn to hang out?" He looks at Lori, "can I?" She nods.
When I sit down I see Daryl Rick and Andrea walking into the woods. "Where are yet going Carl?" He looks down and his eyes fill with tears. "Their going to look for Sophia." "Who's Sophia?" "You should ask her mom" he points to carol. "Oh I I don't think I should bring it up then" he nods and Walks back to his tent in tears."oh what did I do?" I put my face into my hands. I hear noises in the barn and banging. I am stunned. "RIIIIICCCCCKKKK HELL!!!!!" I scream as loud as I can they all come running. "What's wrong?!" "The barn!"
