Prologue
Vanessa Williams is an 18 year old girl who just graduated from high school in Chicago, Illinois. She and her mom have had a rough time dealing with the death of her dad and sister.
Vanessa's mom was once a happy woman that would do anything for her kids. But, shortly after there family members death she started to abuse Vanessa. Whenever Vanessa came home her mother was always drunken, which resulted in Vanessa getting beaten.
After a while, Vanessa too got depressed and turned to drugs, alcohol, partying, and selfharm.
After a while her mom got sick of her bad ass ways and sent her to live with her cousin. Her cousin was married to basketball player Paul Pierce and lived in Calabasas, California. She lives in the same neighborhood as Justin Bieber also. When Vanessa got there she was not only annoyed to be living yards away from Justin Bieber. She was also amazed and missed her small homey apartment at the same time.
