The Big Day

Preparation

Emma gets up and stretches. She looks to the side of her and doesn't see Killian. She is confused for a minute been then remembers that he is over at Robin's house. She gets out of bed and walks into her bathroom. She takes a shower and thinks about the wedding.

When she gets out of the shower she wraps herself in a towel and walks into her bedroom. She hears a knock on the door and walks down stairs. She walks to the door and tightens her towel around herself. She opens the door and Regina bursts through.

"Emma!" she says as she hugs her.

"Hey" Emma says.

"Are you ready for your big day?" Regina asks.

"Ya" Emma says.

Regina and Emma have grown closer and closer ever since they met. They are now the bestest friends. Regina is her Maid of Honor and her only bridesmaid.

"Let's get you ready!" Regina shouts.

She pushes her up the stairs and into her room. Regina sits Emma down in front of a vanity and pulls out the straightener. Regina straightens Emma's hair and the pulls it into a beautiful bun. Regina stands back and looks at the creation she just made.

"You look beautiful." Regina says.

"Thanks Regina." Emma says looking at the bun in the mirror smiling.

"Okay, now we have to do your make-up!" Regina squeals.

"Nothing big! Just like mascara and that's pretty much it." Emma says.

"Fine. Foundation. Just a little. And then mascara. Then a neutral lipstick." Regina said. Emma shook her head and Regina started on her make-up. She added a bit of foundation first. Then mascara. Then lined her lips with a tannish pinkish lipstick. "Look at your gorgeous self!" Regina says as she turns Emma toward the mirror.

"Regina, I look fantastic. Thank you so much." Emma says.

Regina smiles and motions for Emma to get up.

"Up, up, up! It's time to get you out of the towel and into the beautiful dress!" Regina said.

Emma got up and walked over to her closet with Regina. Regina opens her closet and pulls out a dress cover with a dress in it. She unzips it and slowly pulls out the dress. She lies it on the bed and looks at Emma. Emma stares at it for a bit and thinks. Wow! This is my big day! This is my dress! I'm going to be with Killian for the rest of my life!

Emma smiles and puts on the dress. She straightens it and fixes it to her body. She turns to Regina when she is done and Regina looks at her in awe.

"Emma. You look incredible! That Captain is lucky to have you." Regina says as she looks Emma up and down. Emma smiles and gives it a twirl. "Okay! There is 45 minutes intill you have to be walking down the isle so let's get a move on!"

Regina is now pushing Emma out the door and down the stairs. Before Regina left the room she grabbed Emma's heels and veil. They walk out the door and hop into Regina's car. They drive to the church and park in the back. Emma and Regina sneak in the back and into a room. Snow is waiting there for Emma. When Emma walks in Snow looks at her and tears up.

"You look like a princess!" Snow says letting a few tears fall out.

Snow walks over to Emma crying and hugs her tight.

"Thanks, Mom." Emma says.

"Sorry, but we need to get a move on." Regina interrupts.

Emma pulls away from Snow and looks at Regina.

"Regina! You still need your hair, make-up, and a dress on! We have a half an hour!" Emma yells.

Regina looks down and laughs. She waves her hand and a purple cloud of smoke rises. When it falls Regina is in her light pink bridesmaids dress. She has her hair up in loose side bun with her make-up done.

"All good." Regina says.

"Why could you just do that on me? It could have saved a lot of time?" Emma asked.

"It's your wedding day! I wanted it to be special." Regina says.

Emma nods for understanding and looks back at Snow.

"Where's Dad?" Emma asks.

"He's out already in a seat." Snow says bearing her teeth.

"But he has to walk me down the isle?" Emma said.

"I'll make sure he is standing by the entrance to hold your hand." Snow said nodding.

Regina and Emma both then discussed what they were to do when they walk down the isle. Regina was to walk with Robin down the isle and the then it would be Emma and David.

All Emma could think about at the moment was her wedding. How Killian would look. How he would look when he sees her. How he says 'I do'.
