A call from the wrong person

After Jc left I went to bed because it was 12 in the morning.

*The next day.*

I woke up to my phone ringing. I thought it was Jc but it wasn't. It was Ricky Dillon. He was my studying partner. I answered.

"Where were you last night! You were supposed to come over at my house and study!!" Ricky said.

"Oh my god! Ricky I'm sorry I totally forgot. I was so caught up on something else." I said

"Well, you better get over here. The teacher wants our homework turned today!"

"I'll be over in 10 minutes."

"You better. The teacher will come to my house in 40 minutes."

"Holy sh*t! Ok goodbye, see you soon."

I hanged up quickly before he said anything. After I hanged up, Jc called. I answered and said,

"Hey, sorry I can't talk right now. I need to be over Ricky's."

"Oh, well I'll call you later." Jc said.

"K. Talk to you later, love you."

"Bye, I love you too."

I hanged up. Played my music and quickly got in the shower. I had to wash kinda fast because the teacher will be at Ricky's house soon.

After I got out I threw on some shorts and a t-shirt. Then I ran down stairs and put my shoes on.

As I was heading out the door, Ricky texted me. It said, "Get over here quickly! The teacher changed his mind, he's being over here in 15 minutes!!!"

"I'll be over right now!" I texted Ricky.

I turned off my phone and had to run to his house because my friend never returned my car. Ugh, That bitch!!

It took me 4 minutes to get to Ricky's. As I got to is door, I didn't bother to knock. I just opened the door and went in.

"RICKY! IM HERE!!" I yelled.

"I'm in my room."

I closed the door and ran to his room. When I got in there, he noticed I was breathing hard and sweating.

"Whoa. What did you do? Run?" He said.

I nodded. "Yes. My friend, Claire took my car and never returned it."

"Well let's get working!"

I nodded again.

*15 minutes later*

We both heard knocking on his door. We both gasped and quickly finished up the last question. After we finished it we walked to his door. Ricky opened it and greeted our teacher.

"So. Where's the homework?" The teacher asked.

"It's in Ricky's room. I'll go get it."

I jogged to his room and got our homework. When I got it, I walked to the door.

"Here it is." I passed it to the teacher.

"Well. Glad you finished it. How late did you guys stay up this time?"

"Well I -" Ricky interrupted me and said, "4 in the morning."

I guess Ricky didn't want me to get in trouble.

"Whoa! Later than last time. Welp, I'll see you two, well I don't really know since this was your last day in school."

"Hopefully we see you at Jc's party. I mean you are 24. So you have to come" I laughed.

I know. What a young age for a teacher! 😂

"Well maybe." He chuckled.

"Goodbye Mr. Franta."
My teachers name is Connor Franta. So we say Mr. Franta. 🤘

"Goodbye Lia."

I closed Ricky's door and said, "Well, what to do now?"

"You can leave and go back to whatever you were doing." Ricky said.

"Ok. See you at Jc's party tonight?"

"Yeah. Bye!"

I waved and went out his door.

I didn't run back home. I jogged. Since my house is only 6 minutes away.
