A Year With The Rowlands

Chapter 2

I had everything packed for our trip. We were leaving for the airport in 10 minutes. Mama Rowland was stressing because Ashton had gotten sick 5 minutes earlier. We were all waiting by the front door while Ashton tried telling his mom he was fine.
ME: "You know Mama Rowland, it could be food poisoning from the chinese food we had last night. That rice roll did NOT taste right."
She looked at me and frowned.
BRANDON: "We're going to be late if you keep worrying mom. He'll be fine. Let's go!"
MAMA R: "You kids go out to the car. Ash and I will be out there in a minute."
We nodded and grabbed our things. We ran to the car, loaded it up, then got in. It was going to be me, Brandon, and Ashton in back with Hunter in passenger and Mama Rowland driving. I got in and Brandon sat next to me.
BRANDON: "This is going to be awesome! Being on MagCon tour with my family, friends, and my girlfriend! Could this get any better?!"
HUNTER: "Yes it could. I need a girl now! My little bro got a girl before I did!"
Mama soon came out with Ashton and we drove to the airport.

**Time Skip**
When we got to the airport and checked in, there was still 20 minutes until the plane took off. I wanted to get Starbucks so Brandon, Hunter, and I went to the Starbucks in the airport. My mind drifted off to when Simon posted that Starbucks pic on my Snapchat. I miss Simon. I wonder if he misses me to? At least I'll get to see Jacob and Blake again. I miss everyone already. Suddenly my phone went off. I looked at the caller I.D. and smiled when I saw it was Simon. I answered it.
ME: "Hey Si, what's up?"
SIMON: "I wanted to wish you good luck in Seattle. Also I have a surprise for you."
ME: "Oh. A surprise huh? And what's that?"
SIMON: "Mark and I are coming to see your first and second MagCon Tour performances! We'll be meeting you there at the hotel!"
I almost dropped my phone.
ME: "OMFG! Si, you are amazing! I've been missing you guys!"
He laughed.
SIMON: "I missed you too Abs. Hey, I got to go. My plane's ready."
ME: "Ok Si. See you at the hotel!"
I hung up and our plane boarding announcement was heard. Hunter, Brandon, Ashton, Christine, and I all boarded the plane and waited for take off. I ended up sleeping the whole ride.
