Bino watched TV lazily when Max came home. He seemed upset. "What did some one lose a videogame or a mouse eating contest?" Max glared at the dog which made him feel guilty. "What, Max? Did Grape break up with you?" Max started to break into angry tears and shoved the canine aside. Bino later brought the feline some food. "You'll starve Max; please just try to eat." Max refused and covered his head. "Fine." Bino pinched him hard enough to get his mouth opened and dropped some meat into his mouth. He chewed angrily as Bino grew irritated. "Finally Mr.Sadsack eats; hurray." he grunted. Max swigged down the diet soda while Bino is puzzled. "Wow, you sure were thirsty." Max wiggled his finger for Bino to come closer. The canine proceeded to get a belch in the face. "Ew!" he pushed Max down. "I was trying to be nice." Max looked him in the eyez harshly. "Why do you care? You never care! I don't need pity." Bino looked down solemnly at him. "You want to talk about it?" Max didn't reply and looked away. Bino started to leave when Max started. "She's dating Peanut." Bino was surprised by the the cat talking about his woes and the dog cat reveal. "Huh, they did have more chemistry than he and Tarot had." Max looked at him with a scowl. "You ship a couple that threw me out; fantastic." Bino hugged Max. "Get off of me; why don't you work on outing Peanut as a cat lover!?" Bino kissed Max. "That's why I won't." Max pushed past Bino and ran out the front door. "Max!?" Bino yelled. He realized he was speaking loudly and whispered. He found the cat swinging silently. "Hey." Max looked at him through tears. "Why did you kiss me?" Bino took his hand. "...because I love you." Max started panicking. "We are a cat and a dog; also we're both guys, we'd be social outcasts." Bino rubbed his arm. "I'm sorry for kisssing you; just come home and forget about it." Max followed Bino after awhile and their owner was still asleep. "Aren't you coming?" asked Max with a grin. "But you said..." Max kissed the green eyed dog. "I don't care what I said or what others will think, but if you have any reservations..." Bino kissed back and hugged him. "You don't how long I've gone without affection." "What about Duchess?" the feline asks. They simultaneously blow raspberries. They snuggled together throughout the night. "Hey Fido; hey Joey." "Hi Jeff, we're here to get Bino for the fair." Jeff called Bino, but no one answered. The two siblings went up the stairs to fetch their brother. "Why does he always sleep till noon?" Fido sighs. Joey knocks repeatedly but no answer. "Just open it already!" said Spo nd Squeak. They did and the quartet saw a shocking and beautiful thing; Bino and Max in a living embrace as they slept. "Bino; bro?" said Joey. "Oh, hi Joey. What're you doing here?" he yawned. "Um...Bino you do know who you're holding...right?" asked Joey. Bino looked down the black cat and smiled. "Yeah; guess I'm a hypocrite due to our shared taste, huh Fido?" "Shared taste?" Fido then realized what he meant. "Wow! Didn't see that pairing coming..." Squeak pondered. Bino nudged Max awake. "What time is it?" "Time for the fair, Maxxy!" said Bino. "Please don't call me that." "Sure thing...Maxxy!" he said with a sly grin. The six went off to the fair grounds.
