Read only if you wish to know what happened and who was what and what was what. Read only if you wish to know what I was thinking when writing this. Read only if you want to know what was left out or left un-described in the text.

This is an explanation only meant to be read at your own wish.

This was actually a school assignment on a moment in our lives that changed us. We where supposed to be ten years into the future look back on a moment in our lives that changed us for better or worse. I had no moment of change in my life that I could somehow put into a flash back in the future, I simply can't link any of it and so I made something up. All of this is a made up story about something happening to me in the future (ten years), the flash back is in the future (five years) and the present day part of it is even further into the future (ten years). Sort of like looking into a glass ball to see your fortune/future.

Make of it what you will but this is what I got when I put pen to paper and even then I ended up changing some things when I came to type it up on my computer. For one the man at the end with freckles and 'golden hair' I changed to best friend sort of character- though that isn't mentioned I feel I needed to put this in here because I don't want this to be all about how she (I?) could lift myself up only with the help of new romantic interest. Instead I did it with the help of him, the rest of my friends and my family, but most importantly- myself. He and my friends and family helped give me the first push me to lift myself up in the story but I ended up doing it by myself. They stayed nearby encase I ever needed another push and that is why he had come in again after the flashback, he gave me that one more push I needed and I pulled myself up.

I don't know... I felt like I needed to just add this in and explain it a little bit. You can make of it what you want, you can interpret it however you see fit but I just wanted to add this in anyway- sort of like an extra piece of missing information that can be read if you or any other reader may want to understand some parts of the story I left out on purpose, what I envisioned when I wrote it.

I left this out because I want the reader to be able to make something of it in any way they wished... to let their creative filter run wild. To experience something that is even just the tiniest bit different from another person.

Everyone has their own visions and interpretations, everyone has their own creative filter and I wanted them to be able to let it take an idea from the story and formulate something in their imagination.

I've included this here for further explanation of the story, why I wrote this instead of an actual thing that has happened to me and what I saw when writing it down. What my creative filter interpreted from it as I wrote.

So um yeah ... that's all, thank you.
