Hello Everyone sorry for the late update but here you go enjoy!

5 years later:

September 24, 2011

The words it's been five years have been flowing in Le'nays head for the past hour as she sat at the breakfast table of her empty house. She woke up this morning with a chill down her spine realizing that the nightmare she had was actually reality and that the love of her life, Tyler was still gone.

As she sipped her coffee daintily her doorbell rang. As Le'nay opened her old wicker door, she discovered that no one was to be found. She stepped out her door and looked around only to see a stray cat in the street, as she stepped back inside her foot stepped lightly on a paper making a soft crunch sound. Le'nay looked down and picked up the parchment and walked back in her house and sat down in her living room. She looked at the paper and is was addressed to her from an unknown sender. She open the letter with a gasp, for she knew the hand writing perfectly well, for it was her husbands writing. It read:

Journal Number 1:

September 15, 2006 10:30 p.m

I'm late getting home to Le'nay again. We got a lead on our "Killings by night" case. Kane Lean Miles our main suspect has disappeared we went to his house to arrest him. We had enough evidence to prove that he was guilty of killing 20 innocent civilians and 6 C.I.A agents. We have been working hard and will continue to do so. For now I sign off to get home to my wife.

As Le'nays eyes read the letter over and over she wondered who gave her the letter, was this a sick twisted game or was this something bigger. She shook her head clear as her phone rang. "Hello" she said. "Hello Le'nay, are you going to go to Tyler's memorial stone?" Said Le'nays old friend Margaret. "Um, yes I was planning to, care to join" asked Le'nay. She remember when they finally gave up hope that he just wasn't going to come home anytime soon and made a memorial stone in his honor. "Yes I was planning on going to give you company, how about I pick you up in 10 minutes and will stop by the store to get some flowers", said Margaret kindly. Margaret cared deeply for her friend and knew how much Tyler's M.I.A affected her. "Alright" Complied Le'nay. As they hung up the phone, she put down the phone and got the letter and went to her room. As she walked into her room she felt sadness rush over her like a blanket but not so kind or warn. This room reminded her every day of the missing piece of her heart was still gone. She missed the cold day when the cuddled up together or shared gentle kisses and soft looks. She took a deep breath and pulled herself out of her thoughts and put the letter on her veranda and looked into the mirror sitting on top of the old chest. She saw a saddened dark eyed lady who used to be full of life and full of love. Le'nay looked away from the mirror and walked into her closet and pulled out a simple black shirt with white details and a pair of dark wash jeans. As she walked down the stairs she heard a car honk and knew that her ride was here. She walked out side and put on a smile and stepped into Margaret's 2010 blue Honda. "Good Morning, Le'nay" Said Margaret softly. "Good Morning" replied Le'nay just as soft. The two headed to town to by sunflowers for Tyler's memorial stone. When they arrived at the park where the stone rested Le'nay took a deep breath, stepped out of the car and grabbed her best friends hand and started the short walk to the stone. As they reached the stone they saw a dark hooded figure over the stone, the man looked up and took off letting the confused lady's wonder.
