Fairy Godmother stood in front of us. "I'm fine I promise." Carlos had a hand on my back. Fairy Godmother smiled sympathetically. "Dear you don't look fine, please explain why you're in such distress." I shook my head not wanting her to know about Ewin. "I cannot help you if you do not tell me what's wrong." I shook my head again. "It's just the animals it makes me sad, I'm fine." I lied. She bought it.

"Alright, I dismiss you both from tutoring it's only five thirty but I can make an exception." I nodded. "Thank you headmistress." I got my things. She walked to talk to a few other teachers. "Carlos please don't tell." He stayed silent. "Carlos please." He nodded not saying a word. I hugged him with a few more tears. I looked up seeing into his eyes. "Thank you." He looked down sadly.

I don't blame him for not knowing what to do. I know it's a terrible situation to be in. "If you want I could walk you to your dorm.." He trailed. I shook my head. "Thank you Carlos but I'd rather go by myself." I grab my things. I walk to the door. I hesitate, but I continue out to the hall. The truth is I wanted someone to walk with me. I was scared. I walked up the stairs. I went to the girls dorms. Since we were aloud to personalize our dorms. it wasn't hard to find Mal and Evie. I knocked on the door and it was opened. I walked in.

I found the pair of girls smiling. Well, Mal trying to smile. I matched the girl's attempt and walked in. "Hey you're a little early." I nodded. I walked in my tears still stained on my face. Evie walked and sat down. I closed the door half expecting Mal to turn into a dragon and eat me. She didn't, she just had the same attempted smile. I walked closer to both of them. Evie patted the bed.

I sat hesitating. She noticed my discomfort. "It's okay we're not here to hurt you." She pulled out an entire box of makeup. I smiled softly a real smile. Evie grinned. "Okay tell us what happened." I told the whole story. Every part, I did happen to leave out where he hit me but I wasn't going to risk anyone else knowing. I stopped from crying so my makeup wouldn't mess up. "Done." She gets up and hands me a mirror. " I smile brightly. "How did you do this?" I asked smiling. She grinned happily. "My mother taught me everything I know." It's like I forgot about the whole accident. "Now I just wish the rest of me looked nice." I smiled lightly. "I think I can handle your hair." I look up. "Mal what are you doing?" She took out a magic spell book. I look in terror.

"Don't worry I know what I'm doing. Beware forswear replace the old with pretty hair." My head moved and when my head bent back up, I no longer had stringy hair it was long, a gorgeous blonde color with a pretty curl in it. I gasped. "Mal!" I hugged her tightly. "Okay, okay, watch it." I let go. "Sorry thank you so much, both of you. You're both so sweet. With helping me feel bet-" there was a knock at the door. Evie walked to the door. She opened it and smiled. "Hey boys." She gasped letting them in.
