I was never considered the pretty one. I was never the one guys threw themselves at. I was never the one who should've gotten him. I was never meant to lose him.

"Willow!" my mother called from the kitchen. I drowsily pulled myself out of bed and into the bathroom to shower.

Once done, I pulled an over-sized white knit sweater on paired with black leggings and white Vans. Then I tied my hair up into a messy bun and started my way to the kitchen.

"Hey Mom, hey Dad." I said while grabbing myself a plate of scrambled eggs and sitting in an empty seat at the table. "Good morning beautiful," my Dad smiled. I smiled in return and shoved a forkful of egg into my mouth.

There was some small talk here and there and after I was done I cleaned up my mess and gathered my things for school then checked the time. 6:58 AM, I have 42 minutes before I'm late. I brush my teeth and grab my school bag and head out the door after saying goodbye.

As I walk down the sidewalk, I plug in my headphones and start my music. I get lost in the lyrics and find myself just in time before walking into the school building.

"Hey Zoey," I say to my best friend. "Hey Will," Zoey calls me Will, short for Willow. We walk to our lockers together and gather out things so we can go to our classes. Zoey leaves to her class and I do the same.

As I rush down the hallway to class, I crash into someone. "Shit! Sorry," I heard a deep British accent shout. "Uh, it's okay." I say trying to gather up my things from the floor. "Here let me help," the voice said again. The both of us gathered our things from the floor as the other kids just walked over us.

We both stood up and he held out his hand for me to shake, "Names Louis," he smiled. "Willow," I said taking my hand in his.

Louis had light brown messy hair and beautiful gray-green eyes. He was short but taller than me. I had developed a small meaningless crush on him by his looks.

"Well Willow, see you around?" he asked. "Uh, yeah." I replied and walked to class.
