All of the girls sit down at their lunch table. Alison appears and walks over to get her food.

Hope: gosh people wont stop staring at me(hope takes a sip of her drink)
Ali: don't worry you'll get used to it

Ali sits down next to Hope. Hope ignores Ali which gets noticed by the other girls. The girls look towards Ali giving her a 'don't say anything stupid' look.

Ali: so Hope when did you get here(no answer from Hope)

The table goes silent as everyone starts eating their food. A couple of minutes go by and hope breaks the silence.

Hope: Hanna I won't be able to stay with you
Hanna: why?
Hope: because I promised my mom that I would spend time with her. She's all alone in that house
Hanna: it's ok I understand.

A phone chirps. It's Hope's phone. She takes out her phone. The girls all look at Hope with nervous looks hoping it's not from -🅰.

Spencer: who's it from?
Hope: it's my dad(the girls sigh in relief) he's apologizing for not telling me about Mona and making me miss her funeral.
Aria: that must be hard.
Emily: yea. Missing your own twin sister's funeral.
Hope: it is. The last time she called me she sounded worried about something but she wouldn't tell me. If I would've just talked to her more that night I could've done something.
Spencer: wait when did she call you?
Hope: about four months ago. Why?(the girls look at each other. That's when Mona died)
Ali: that's when Mona died. (The girls all glare at Ali)
