(Author's note: I'm an Asian mix, so there will be words I'll be using that might not be familiar to other cultures. I will used words like "Ate," pronounced "Ah-teh" and "Kuya" pronounced "KO-yah". Ate is used to respect someone older than you who is female. Kuya is the same but for males. Although, it needs to be within your generation. You can't call your Aunts or Uncles that.)

The next morning around 5:00am, Dylynn woke up and started cooking breakfast. She made pancakes, eggs, sausages, corn beef, fried rice, waffles, toast, burritos, and mixed a pitcher of orange juice together. Then she set up the table by placing down plates, cups, utensils, and the food. As she almost done, the clock approached 5:45am when Ashton started to wake up. He noticed that John was still sound asleep, but Dylynn was not. Though, he wasn't surprised since she is basically the boss of her house and handles everything. In hervmom's house, she wakes up at 4:00am for her morning workout then stars cooking at 5:45am for both their breakfast and lunch. As for her dad's house, she starts at 5:00am. So, he got up quietly trying not to disturb his brother and walked to the kitchen, rubbing his eyes. There, he says his gorgeous best friend wearing black ripped up jeans with a chain, a white sleeveless crop top, a black and white flannel, and high military combat boots placing the last plate of waffles down. With her colored hair in a messy bun and pieces framing her all natural face, she looked up and flashed Ashton a smile. With that, he was wide awake.

"Good morning, sleepyhead," Dylynn said as she took off her apron, tossing it on the counter.

"Oh- um- hey- what's up- um... Good morning?" Ashton stammered.

"Okay? It's too early in the morning for you to defy the rules of English. You alright there?" Dylynn asked as she walked towards him and wrapped her hands around his neck.

Ashton wrapped his hands around her waist. "A day hasn't passed where I'm not alright being with you."

Dylynn pulled herself closer to Ashton and hugged him. There, Ashton held his entire world. Every time Ashton had the chance to have her in his arms, he was in a trance. He wanted to protect her and keep her safe. A million thoughts raced through his head on what to do, but he mainly focused on the fact that she was there with him. She's a tough cookie, but he felt lucky that she technically lives with him. But the moment ended when Dylynn had to release her hug. Although, she kept her hands laced around his neck while his arms were still attached to her waist.

"Are you alright?" Dylynn asked as she stared into his eyes, placing her palms on his cheeks and temples.

"I'm alright, as long as I don't lose you," Ashton replied as he stared into her eyes, seeing everything that he could've wanted.

"Okay then. You won't lose me, but I gotta go to the bakery and see how the pastries are going. Joshua is here to pick me up," Dylynn said as she released the eye contact and grip.

"Oh yeah. Right. Um, let me get your bag," Ashton said, shaking his head, realizing he's in reality.

"It's fine. I got it," Dylynn said picking up her bag, walking towards the door.

"Are you coming home to me today?" Ashton asked.

"Yeah, but I don't know if I'm here for the night. I promise to cook dinner and bring home dessert. Bye, love," Dylynn said as she left the house.

Ashton leaned back on the couch and sighed. He ran his hands through his head and just thought anything. He doesn't understand his own feelings, but he knows he needs Dylynn in his life or else, it'd be meaningless.

"Hey. Why does my baby look disappointed?" Allison asked as she walked in.

"Nothing, I'm fine, mom," Ashton said, meeting his mother's eyes.
