Trying to Apologize

You were finally up after the long three week's you have been out. You were weakly talking with mikey and donnie since you haven't used your vocal cords in week's.

Raph was locked in his room, he couldn't face you not now. He still never forgave himself after what he did to you.

You smiled weakly as mikey tried to tell a joke "..and then he tripped and the squirrel walked away" he finished proudly.

You were completely lost but giggled at the stupid joke, donnie was checking your vitals.

Donnie and mikey left soon after and you were left in the semi-dark room with only the open door giving you a little light.

You had to lay on your stomach because your back was pretty banged up. You thought back to you,and raph's fight and tears came to your eye's.

'He never loved me' you thought angrily and sadly.

You then saw a figure in the doorway, you turned and saw...Raphael. You turned back around and winced in pain at the small movement.

Raph came in and was at your bedside "(y-y/n)" he asked, he sounded so...broken. you couldn't help but turn your head slightly to show you were listening.

"I-i know i messed up badly a-and i can't change what i did. I let my anger get the better of me and i hurt you. I never meant to and i would never purposely do anything to hurt you".

He reached his hand towards you suddenly touching your broken wrist. But, you flinched and jumped before pulling away quickly cradling your broken wrist.

Raphael almost chocked on his own tears "i-I'm sorry. I-i just.."

"Just leave, raph" you whispered softly tears running down your face but you never turned to him.

Raph opened his mouth to say something and then he suddenly got angry "w-why won't you accept my god damned apology" he said through his teeth.

"Because I know you don't men it. If you did you wouldn't have hurt me" you answered.

He stood up "look at me (y/n)! You wouldn't be hurt now if you'd do what I told you to! This is your problem now! Why do I even care about your weak ass?! You've never been useful! Your weak! Your annoying, clingy, stubborn, and a spoiled orphan bitch!"

You were sobbing loudly with your back facing the furious turtle, raph breathed heavily his fists balled up tightly.

His brothers were outside the door looking in shock, disgust, and pure horror.

Raph then started relaxing upon realizing what he did or what he said.

He moved towards you "(y-y/n) i-i didn't m-mean...".

He was cut off by you moving into the corner of your bed with a scream "get away from me!" You sobbed violently.

Leo and donnie came in with Leo pushing raph's frozen guilt ridden form back and donnie trying to counsel you. Mikey looked into the room with wide eye's to disappointed in his older sibling.

Leo repeatedly punched his brother in the face, gut, arm, leg anywhere and raph never fought back as he was to horrified at his own actions.

You clung to donnie sobbing your heart out while he whispered comforting words in your ears. You had forgotten the pain in your body and the mind numbing feeling of the fracture in your spine.

Raph looked up from his beating towards the door you were in 'what have I done?!' He thought in horror and angst.

You suddenly then went limp in donnie's arm's your crys ceased and so did your grip. Donnie became alarmed and lifted your head a little and noticed your eye's were closed and you weren't breathing.

He checked for a pulse "(y/n)?" He called to you looking for a pulse on your neck but finding none.

His eyes widened and he yelled "oh my god! (Y/N)!"

That made everyone jump and Leo turn pausing in his attack on his brother, mikey looked up before rushing into the room, raph looked up weakly and with less vigor.

"Y/N! Isn't BREATHING!"

Everyone jumped up with wide eye's and horrified looks "WHAT?!"
