Morning came fast, the light of the sun waking me up. I sat up and yawned, stretching my arms.
"Good morning, Mido." A voice said. "If you don't mind, we need to speak."
I looked over in the direction of the voice to see two people, one wearing a torn dark gray cloak and a skeleton mask, the other has pale skin, long black hair with long pointed ears sticking out to the side, they also had ice blue eyes, and had on a plain black dress.
"Um... Who are you?" I asked, "And why are you in my room?"
"I am Trem," the man in the mask said "And this is my companion Sylphi."
"...Hello.." Sylphi said.
"So, a dark elf and a.... What are you exactly?" I asked.
"A Litch." Trem replied.
"Ah. Well, what is it that you came all the way to my bedroom for?" I asked.
"Well, I came to talk." Trem said. "About something impor-" He was cut off by someone bursting into the room
"I hope you're awake Mido, breakfast is...Ready...Um..?" Sieria said. "Who are these people?"
"I guess we can talk over breakfast then! I'm starving." Trem said.
"...Yes.." Sylphi agreed.

We walked to the dining area outside, nobody talking besides Trem introducing himself and Sylphi to Sieria.
"So, what will we be eating on this fine morning?" Trem asked.
"Today we are having barbecued boar, Ham sandwiches, sausages, eggs, and potatoes." One of Sieria's maids said.
"...Sweets...?" Sylphi asked.
"For sweets we have four freshly baked cakes, and cookies." The maid replied.
"Well lets get down to business, shall we?" Trem said as he started to eat, Sylphi following his example.
As we all began to eat, Grei walked over.
"Morning, guys." Grei said, taking a seat. He either ignored or did not notice the two other people eating with us as he began to lift a sandwich up to where his mouth would be, the food disappearing into the darkness of his Hood."Well," Trem said, "I have a few things I need you to do for me."
Sylphi began to help herself to one of the cakes.
"And what might that be?" I asked.
"You see," Trem replied, "I need you to watch Sylphi for me. I have business away from my home that is too dangerous for her, and I cant risk leaving her alone."
"And what exactly makes you think we'll help you?" Sieria asked. "We just met you today!"
Trem tossed a rather large pouch to Sieria, who caught it and opened it.
"Thats a lot of gold..." She said.
"And I'll give you more after I return." Trem said. "Three thousand now, ten thousand when I got back. Deal?"
"Yep. I fully agree, don't you, Mido?" Sieria said.
"Well then we have a deal! I will see you in a couple of weeks, and make sure you take good care of Sylphi for me!" Trem said as he grabbed a plate full of sandwiches and sunck down into his own shadow.
"Well that was rude." Grei said. "He just took our sandwiches!"
"Oh so you are paying attention to us." I said.
"Who cares? All we gotta do is take care of this dark elf and we'll have thirteen thousand gold!" Sieria said. "Think of all the new stuff we could get!"
"...Full..." Sylphi said.
I sighed. Well now I guess I'm babysitting a dark elf...
"I'm gonna go to the city today, so I'll need you to alter what I look like, okay Sieria?" I said.
"Got it." Sieria said. "Just tell me when you are going to leave."
I nodded my head then walked back into the castle.
