(Bianca's POV)
The bell had rang for lunch and I am so thankful I could get out of Miss Sandille's class. As I open the door from the class room, I see Lee waiting for me where she usually is. I could tell that her boyfriend just texted her because she was looking down at her phone, smiling like an idiot. She looks up and see me waiting for her. I walk over to her and asked, "Did Daniel just text you?" Lee replied "Oh yeah, how can you tell that easily. It's not like I smile every time his name pops up on my phone." "What were you two talking about?" I asked, thinking that something was up because Lee was never this happy after just a text message. Lee had a big grin on her face as she said "He just asked if I would like to go to semi formal with him. I said of course because every chance I get to see him I am so grateful." Daniel lived an hour away so they never really got to visit each other that often. We both started walking to my locker which was across the hall. I was happy for her that she had a guy to go with but I kept thinking about Jared all week. I've had a crush on Jared for 2 years and I am surprised that no other girl had snatched him up before me. I am way to shy to tell a guy how I feel so I don't know how semi formal will go for me. All my friends will probably have dates and I'll be the one loner with them. I want a guy to go with but I don't want just any guy; I want Jared. I'm thinking to much about this though because if he asks me then great but if he doesn't then no big deal. "You okay?" Lee asked. Should I tell her about Jared? She already knew that I've had a crush on him but I don't want her telling him that I want to go to semi with him. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just thinking about who would go with me to semi." I replied. "I'm sure a great guy will ask you soon." She explained. Lee had a smirk on her face once we reached our locker. I asked why she had that look on her face but she didn't respond.
The bell rang again and that means we needed to be out of the halls for the senior classes. Lee and I locked our lockers and then went downstairs to the Cafe.
