Max P.O.V.
I sighed as we waited for our orders to get here, I was a bit nervous. Why am I nervous?! I mean we are already piratically dating so this should be so easy. But just the thought of rejection still lingers in the back of my mind. I know he wont say no, but it's still there. I shouldn't be this nervous, I have known Ross for like 10 years! ( please don't hate i just guessed how long he has known him) But every time I saw Ross in the offices it felt like my heart skipped a beat and my face would become red. I mean until Ross got here I didn't even know I was gay!
He just has that effect on him, the way he smiled and his laugh. His laugh that made my whole day. The way his eyes lit up when someone mentioned Ihop, or~
" MAX!" Ross yelled as his fingers snapped in front of my face. I jumped slightly, being brought out of my thoughts.
" W-wha? Uh... Yeah?" I asked kinda confused, until he pointed down, I looked down at a plate full of pancakes sitting in front of me. Smiling nervously I scratched the back of my neck. " Uhh, sorry babe." I froze, did I just call him babe? His face turned red as he looked down, instantly becoming shy.
" I-it's ok," He said smiling, his glasses slipping down his nose slightly. Damn did he look cute when he blushed, and the way his glasses are now. Damn aren't I lucky.
" H-here," I said reaching over the table and pushing his glasses back up, but as I was about to pull away our eyes met. That same damn spark I saw everyday seemed to shine brighter than the sun. I slowly leaned in and pressed my lips to him, not really caring if people where staring. As I pulled away, I took his hand in mine.
"Ross, w-will you be my boyfriend?" I asked, still nervous. But that all vanished when a warm smile crossed his face.
" Of course, max." He said leaning in and softly pressing his lips to mine. But we were interrupted when a plate crossed into the wall beside Ross's head.
