So Sunday rolled around really quickly and I was really nervous before dinner I was pacing round the room I shared with Rebekah "Fred!" She yelled (she was in here trying to calm me down)
"What!" He shouted back
"Get your arse up here!"
I heard his feet pound on the stairs
"What's up?"
Rebekah just pointed toward me
Fred looked at me, closed the gap between us and enveloped me in a hug "it'll be okay Mia" he whispered into my ear.
"Will it?" I asked
"Of course" he replied "my family love you"
Five minutes later Mrs Weasley called dinner, so Rebekah, Fred and I trooped down the stairs. When we got to the table Ginny motioned for me to sit with her but I shook my head slightly and sat next to Fred. She looked really offended but she'll understand later. Dinner was so very long and I got nervous again Fred noticed and took ahold of my hand under the table. We had dessert and Fred cleared his throat and stood up.
"Yes Fred?" Mrs Weasley enquiries.
"I Mr Frederick Gideon Weasley" he said regally "have an announcement to make!" He answered pulling me up. Everyone but Harry, George and Rebekah looked really surprised, (even Ron who'd seen us kiss in the first place, I think he hoped it had just been a one off)
"I Frederick Gideon Weasley am dating the fantastic, brightest witch of her age Miss Hermione Jean Granger" there were claps from everyone but Ron, Ron smiled and walked up to me and hugged me. "Good luck" he whispers
Then he turns to Fred
"I know your my brother, but she's my best friend and if you hurt her I will personally kill you!" He says
"Ron! Fred won't hurt me right?" I ask
"Of course not my bookworm." Fred replied kissing me. It just got better from there! I'm so glad it went so well and that his family reaccepted me but this time as Fred's girlfriend.
"We don't have to sneak around anymore" I whispered and he smiled and kissed me again.
