I've tried
I kept my head held high but who am I fooling?
It's all coming down
Piece by piece
Painful and slow
Nothing but a weight on my shoulders
Bringing me down
Killing me slowly
I can't keep up this façade
A mask now worn
Revealing a torn life
Hidden by years of lies
Lies the Devil himself drove
Lies Satan could only conjure
Sex, drugs, and money
Sin
A life concealed
A life that brings me to my knees
A life that will haunt me for all eternity
Driving me to insanity and damnation
A feeling of oblivion close
An oblivion almost palpable
A death with no afterlife
A death no one will remember
Another feather in the wind
Another grain of sand on the beach
A blackhole
A piece of glass shattered and disposed
Nothing more
How did it come to this?
Why did I become who I am?
Is it to late for a change?
Too late for God to save me?
Am I past the point of no return?
Who can help me now?
