Andrew POV

I know y'all don't want to hear from me but oh well I finally got the chance to meet my daughter and she doesn't want anything to do with me my wife Gina called me and said she looked over Riley file papers and they said that each parent gets some type of custody of the child until their 23 and Riley is only 21 so that means I have a chance to take Riley no matter how old she is and I know this made my wife happy because she can't have kids and now she has a chance to have daughter and I know Gina will be the best mother to Riley weather Regina likes it or not Gina is apart of Riley's life weather Riley likes it or not to.

So me and Gina send Regina and Curtis court papers for Riley and today is court day telling weather or not I get full custody or visitation rights of Riley hopefully Full.

"You ready baby" Gina asks me as we stand outside the court house.

"Yeah are you" I ask her

"Of course I'm so ready to have a daughter" she says

"Let's go" I say holding her hand while walk into the court room soon as we get in there we see Curtis and Regina looking at us sending us daggers and The boys mugging us and Riley boyfriend starring at me with a glare once I win Riley won't be dating him I don't approve and neither does Regina I look at Riley and she rolls her eyes at me and flick Regina off.

"Once we have a custody of her she needs to learn some manners and I'm gone teach that girl some" Gina says

"Ok so this paper says that you Mr. and Mrs Cunning wants full custody of 21 year old Riley Brown and the custody paper says she has to know both sides of her family and a parent can still get some types of custody until she turns 23" the judge asks

"Yes mam" we both say

"Ok Mr and Mrs Brown how do you go about this" she asks them

"We don't we do not approve of them trying to take custody of my daughter he has not been Riley for 21 years now he wants to just come and take my baby away from me no" Regina says

"Sir who are you to Riley" the judge asks me

"I'm her biological father" I say

"And your the step dad" she asks Curtis

" yes ma'am" he says

"Ok this is how it's going to go Mr bd Mrs cunning will get her every weekend starting Friday in the afternoon at 5:00 - Sunday at 5:00 and the Browns will have her on weekdays being that Riley is 21 she can choose wether or not she wants to do it that way with that being said case dismissed" the judge says smiling

"What do you think I finally can spend time with Riley" Gina

"Yeah but you heard the judge that's if she wants to most likely she won't " I told her

We both walked over to Riley to make some kind of arrangements with her.

"So Riley how are we going to do this" I ask her

"Do what" she says looking confused

"The visitation rights silly" Gina says

"Umm did you not here the judge if I want to do it then I can but I don't so there is no rights" she say walking away with her boyfriend.

"Baby what are we going to do" Gina asks

"There's nothing we can do baby" I say

"But-"

"But nothing just drop it Gina let it go" I tell her

Riley POV

"I can't believe they tried to take full custody of me" I tell Curtis right now its just me and Curtis my dad on a lynch date we were talking about what happened earlier

"Yeah but I'm glad they gave you a choice I don't no what I would do if you was taken from me princess" my dad says to me

"Me neither I don't care what Andrew and his wife says your my real father and I love you" I say kissing him on his cheeks and hugging him

"I love you to princess" he says

When we got back to the house my mom was there with just Andrew and my brothers this time King went home.

"Mom what is he doing here" I ask

"He's here because his mom your grandmother wants to meet you" she says

"Why" I ask

"Because your her only grand child and as much as I hate that woman she deserves to meet you" my mom says

"When" I ask

"Now" she says

"Huh" I say

"Your grandmother is on her way here matter a fact that's her now" Andrew says. "Hey ma" he says

"Awww my baby how you doing" my grandmother says hugging him

"Ma I want you to meet Riley your granddaughter" Andrew says

"Awww your so beautiful come give grandma a hug" she says

I walk over to her and give her a hug

"How old are you" she asks me

"I'm 21" I tell her

"All grown up and beautiful I wish I could've been there when you were born" she says throwing daggers at my mother

"Lady you can look at my crazy all you want but I'm not dating your son anymore so I don't have to respect you anymore not like I ever did so don't look at me crazy again and for your information its your sons fault if he was never into all that dangerous shit that can harm me and my kids I wouldn't have to move and besides he left us I didn't leave him so ask before speaking". My mom says

Well damn

Excuse me" she says

"Your excused" my mom says

"Anyways princess when are you going to come and spend the night with me" she asks

"I need permission from my mom and dad" I say even though I'm 21 I still get permission from my mom and Curtis out of respect

"Oh I'm sure your father wouldn't mind right Andrew" she says

"Umm no I was talking about Curtis" I say

"Oh him" she says "well what do you guys say " she asks rolling her eyes at them

"I say NO" my mom says

"Baby let's just let the Riley go with the lady " Curtis says

"FINE you can go with the devil her self " my mom says causing me to laugh
