There once lived a girl in a far away land.
She lived in a castle on top of a hill
The castle in ruins just like her.
Society was to blame for this cruelty.
She was so silly and small and lived without doubt.
Naive and fear was not her plan
But society was giving away a free hand out
The handout was about the fear in this cruel world
With no love or light
No end of the tunnel, no greatness at all.The small little girl wasn't so small.
She had to grow up without the plan she planned.
She wasn't nice or naughty
Rich nor poor
Loved nor hated
She was just in between everything
Nothing special about this small little girl that grew up to be
The society's "social experiment",
If you could even call it that at all.
For she was not let into this plan of horrid things
This handout the town had made especially for her.
The small little girl,
So silly, naive. They wanted her gone from their land.
Their perfect place was tainted by her
Not anywhere near the perfection they wanted.
They needed to achieve greatness
without the not so little girl in their world. When offered this sword of greatness, no one would do the deed that was already done.
There were riots and bigots against the poor little girl, the society slept outside her castle of ruins waiting for a time to strike.
But the time was never right. This poor little girl wanted to be gone from the horrid world she was in.
So she took the sword of greatness for herself.
She hung it on the wall, waiting.
Waiting.
Waiting.
For she was not so small.
She took this sword and wore her best red dress.
She waited for a time when the society was in distress. She struck upon herself with this sword of greatness.
No need to worry anymore the worst had already come.
She wasn't in a better place
Her life after death was in the castle, the castle of ruins.
This life wasn't any better than the first. The society wept, pretending to care.
The mother of the girl, old and frail.
She wanted her daughter to be the greatness of the town.
But the society finally achieved their dream.
There was a light at the end of the tunnel, no more in between.Greatness had arrived to society.
They went on their merry way without the girl in hand.
The girl had to grow up as fast as she could, with no help from anyone.
No one like this little girl.
For she was the last of her kind.
The in between left behind...
