Scott

Uncomfortably I looked for informations and photos on my phone while Jamie did the power point slides. From the side I looked over to him. He sat there with a rather cold look in his eyes, concentrating on what he was doing. I regretted a little what I said to be honest. After about an hour we were ready with the introduction and we decided to continue the power point in the next days. "Okay, bye then.. See you tomorrow in school." I said, smiled slightly at him. He nodded. "Bye."

It was only half to 6pm, so I went to Chris, knowing my other friends would be there as well. A few minutes later I sat with a beer on his couch and talked to Cailin. But actually she rather complained about her boyfriend and I just listened. I knew it was better to not interrupt her right now. "What about your love life?" she asked now with a wink. I sighed. "I have none. I guess I will never find someone I'm really interested to. It just don't feel right when I'm with all these girls in my class. They don't understand me. And you know me. You know I need someone I can tell everything to and I can talk about everything with. I need someone I can trust. Someone who fascinates me." I laughed quietly. "I'm such a hopeless romantic." Cailin looked at me with a little smile. "And I also know you'll find someone. Maybe girls are just not what you want at all." she said grinning and stood up to get herself another drink. She left me speechless.

I still thought about what Cailin said when I laid in bed later. What did she exactly mean? That I'd be more interested in boys? But that wouldn't make any sense. I like girls. I liked them my whole life and I was actually sure that wouldn't change.

I just saw this guy and was like "oh my god, this is Jamie!". I'm totally in love with him 😍
