We arrive at the destination, a large grassy plain area, with only one road going vertical, but ending halfway. The bus parked at the end of the road. The bus driver got out, pressed something into the ground. He also whispered something to the ground. Then he ran back into the bus, as the ground opened up, revealing a steep road and a bright white light. We drove into the hole in the ground. We entered a grey wallpapered room that looked like it was made of metal; it even had the bolts and everything. Inside was about four other buses.
I hopped off the bus, and put the earbuds away. As I walk through the door, someone crashes into me.
"I'm s-so so-sorry" The strange boy stuttered.
I got up, and picked up my bag. As I was about to say something, my boss, a.k.a founder of the organization introduced, heavily breathing.
"This... is... Jor-...dan."
He was rapidly searching for oxygen; he looked like a fish out of water. When he finally calmed down, he ordered "You are going to train our new recruit, Jordan."
As I got a closer look at him, he only looked about thirteen. He had dirty blonde hair, with streaks of brown in it. His hair was in a faux hawk hairstyle. He had pale grey eyes, pale skin and flamingo pink lips. He was wearing our dress code; all black. His eyes were darting all over the place.
"You are going to teach him everything you know, he's going to be one of the best. Got it?" My boss continued.
"Yeah, I'll do my best." I replied.
He walked out the door.
"Hi! My name is Lana. I'll be your teacher slash trainer." I greeted.
"I'm Jordan." He mumbled, with his head looking down.
"How old are you? I'm seventeen." I pondered.
"I'm fourteen." He responded, still mumbling.
Awkward silence filled the room. I swear I could even hear the crickets chirping.
"Okay then, let's start of a tour of the place." I quickly said to get rid of the silence.
"Okay." He's still mumbling! What am I doing wrong?
"Right now we're standing in the front office. You go here, if you have any questions, or you have to meet up with someone. Now let's go this way." I said in my nicest voice possible, while pointing forward.
We walked into a room made out of glass, including the ceiling, floor and walls. I see him leaning against one of the walls, he looked sickly green, and he looked like he was going to puke.
"I... a phobia... heights." Jordan breathed out.
"Let's move on then. Just in case you were wondering, this is the Fish Bowl. The Fish Bowl, is where we do all our research, it's called the Fish Bowl, because the room is made out of glass just like a fish bowl." I quickly explained.
He ran out of the Fish Bowl, while I trailed behind him. The room we entered was painted blood red, with white doors. It was a spacious room, it looked exactly like a doctor's office, with the burgundy doctor bed, with the white sheet on it, all the doctor tools, and the desk.
"This is the medical room, where we perform all our surgery's, and have your daily checkups to see if anything is wrong with you."
I pointed to the wall, on the right where the three white doors were.
"Those are the operation rooms." I continued.
We walked into the next room, and stopped in front of a room that was painted all black, it was only lit up by a dim purple light. There was glass doors in front of us, preventing us from entering.
"We have to type in a password before entering. This is the weapon room, we can't let anybody unknown get hold of this stuff. It's really dangerous. You'll know the password when they can fully trust you." I paused. "No offense" I added.
I typed in the password on the keypad. The password was; I heart cats. What a strange password. But it makes sense because my boss is a cat lady.... Well.... Cat man. He owns thirty seven cats. He's probably going to end up alone too. The doors slid open; a bright white light turned on, revealing tons of boxes, and all the walls filled with different types of weapons, with a separate section for each.
"Whoa... that's a lot of weapons." Jordan observed.
"Well... Yeah let's move on" I was scared he would touch something.
"Yeah, okay." He said astonished.
We exited the room, I pointed down the hallway, where there was a red door.
"That's the basement. It's a restricted area, don't ask me what the basement looks like. They only allow certain people to go down there. All I know is, it's a lot bigger than this floor. I have one more thing to show you." I informed.
I walked down the hallway and turned left. I looked behind me to make sure he was following me.
We walked into a white and green themed room. There was a flat screen T.V hung up on the far end wall, of the room. There was about three black, leather couches around the edges of the room. On one wall, there was a birch wood counter, with a grey and black marble counter top. On the counter top was a stove top. Behind it was a counter, on the counter there was an assortment of candy.
"This is the living room, where we relax if we don't have a mission, or anything to do." I continued.
