"I don't know, she said she was going to ask some students, youre only going to have today and tomorrow as your free day, whoever wants to tutor you is going to show up the next day" She tells me putting her sunglasses on

I was now sitting on the couch watching American Horror Story and eating Ice cream. The house was absolutely quiet since my mom was at work"
I was so into the show when I hear a knock on the door. I put my Ice cream down and run to the door
"Umm where were you today at school?" Katherine said
"Sorry I got late to school and I was finally gonna see you in lunch but then I got in a stupid fight with the dumb regina, and now Im suspended" I tell her
"Omg Faith what the hell? you just got back!! For how long??" she asked me entering and sitting on my couch
"A month" I tell her closing the door
"What the?...I've never heard of such thing? a month? why did they just expel you?" she asked me
"geez Katherine you really want me to leave huh?" I tell her sarcastically as I sit down next to her and giving her a smile
"Of course I want you to stay you dumbass but isn't that weird? them suspended you for a whole month?" she tells me curiously
"Yes it is, she gave me one last chance and she also threw in a free tutor" I tell her winking
"What the hell am I gonna do without you at school for a whole month?" she tells me hugging me m
"You'll be fine Kat, just tell me if someone bugs you and Ill go deal with them after school. alright? I gotchu" I tell her pushing her off me. God, I I love this girl
***The Next Day***
I woke up, I spend like half an hour on my phone.
"Faith, you dad wants to know if you would like to spend the day with him?" my mom said coming in my room
I really didn't wanna spend the day with him cause of course he always brings his fiancé, Veronica and my annoying/perfect step sister, Ashley. But I kinda felt bad so I just told my mom to tell him to come pick me up.

"Faith, Im leaving to work now, youre father will be here in a bit" I hear my mom yell from down stairs
"Alright" I yell

I was walking into school when I saw a paper on a door by the lockers. It said they needed a volunteer to tutor a student at their house, every day after school.
"You interested?" Ms Clarkson, the school's consular asked me
"Not really" I tell her
"really?" she asked me
"Well...whos the student?" I ask her
"Faith, Faith Pierce" She tells me
my eyes widened. I honestly feel like I owe her since I was the one who told on her
"Actually I'm kinda interested" I tell her
"Come with me, to my office" she tells me
"I have to get to first period" I tell her
"Ill give you a pass" She answers me as I walk behind her
***Faith's POV***
"Faith, why cant you just act like a decent 15 year old girl?" my dad asks me as we were driving to his house to pick up Veronica and Ashley
"What does 'decent' mean to you? Like Ashley, the perfect daughter you wish I was?" I tell him looking down at my phone
"Faith, this has nothing to do with Ashely? You just really Need to stop getting in trouble!" he tells me
"Jesus! why are you doing this?? Stop acting like you care!" I tell him looking at him
"Faith...I do care and I don't know why you think that I don't but I-"
"The fact that you left me and mom" I interrupted him
he was about to say something but then my phone ranged, it was my mom
"Hello?" I pick up
"Hi Faith, I just wanted to let you know im gonna be home late and that The principal got you a tutor" she tells me
"Ok and who?" I ask her
"One of the kids that goes to your school I think his name is...Joel Pimentel?" She tells me
"Oh" I answer
"What? do you have a problem with that kid?" She asked me
"No, I don't really know him, but he seems nice" I Tell her
"Alright well hes gonna go help you tomorrow after school" she tells me
"ok" I tell her
"ok bye hun, have fun with your father" she tells me
"mhh" I sighed
"bye, I love you" she tells me
"Love you too" I tell her hanging up
