Still in the cave, both Doc and Grumpy didn't know what to do. "Well, this stinks!" Grumpy yelled as he kicked the side of the cave. "We're both gonna die and it's all your fault, just because it's stinkin' raining out!" Doc gasped at that comment. "Excuse me?" he sassed. "I brought us here because there isn't anywhere else to find a safe spot at, at now you're thinking it's my fault!?" Grumpy glared at him, then his yells turned into hesitate screams as he started to burst into tears. "WELL, WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM!?!" he shouted as he started to kick the wall again, but also he pounded his fists, tears were streaming down his entire face, Doc was depressed. He walked over to Grumpy and put his hand on his shoulder, for the first time, he started to comfort him. "Look, Grumpy," he said. "I'm sorry that we're trapped in here, but you have to listen, I'm afraid that you're just all upset because, you don't like when we're fighting, do you?" Grumpy looked up at him, then smiled a teensy bit. "Well, just because I'm crying here, it doesn't mean that you have to be the one to comfort me, and besides, you comfort Bashful whenever he's feeling down." Doc chuckled a little, then smiled. "Well, it's my chance to cheer up you, look, I'm not going to stand here while you're seen bursting into tears. If you and I are going to be in this cave, then we have to work together." Grumpy smiled even more, then he leaned over to Doc and somehow hugged him. "Don't worry, Grumpster," said Doc, hugging him back and also gently rubbing his back. (I said back twice!) "Everything will be alright, I promise." Grumpy was still bursting into tears and hugged Doc even tighter. "Are you sure?!" he asked. "I'm sure." Doc answered.

This is the reason why I ship these two so much, Doc starts comforting Grumpy and they both start hugging. But it's cuter when they're hugging.
