Sasuke's POV:
A year has passed since the fight. Everything went back to normal after the effects of Naruto's death. "A year today huh." I said out loud to the room of assassins.
"Yeah, I still can't believe he's gone" came the reply of Hidan and the rest followed with quiet nods. We sat in silence until a bright light filled the room.
"What the?" Heard was the voice of Pein.
The light cleared and the could see a body floating, they couldn't see who it was for it was covered in a white blanket. An elder male walked out from nowhere. "Hello." He held his hands up when everyone, but Sasuke, went to attack the intruder. "Hold on, I'm not a threat." He continued, "I'm here on the account of our late angel, Naruto Namikaze." Imagine my shock when the blanket fell and the body of MY Naruto was revealed.
I couldn't help may say, "He looks so peaceful."
The man smiled at me, "Indeed he does. You see, I am here because of Naruto's sacrifice. Us elders discussed and came to the decision that Naruto is to be given another chance at life." This had everyone gasping. "He will regain all his memories and will be just as he left. Good luck." With that the man left and the light disappear.
I rushed forward and caught Naruto's falling body, "Naruto?!" I held him in my arms and this time.......this time I saw what I always dreamed about.
Hypnotizing blue eyes opened, blinking tiredly. Naruto looked at me, "Sasuke?" I nodded, too happy to talk, and helped Naruto to his feet. He looked around before smiling at everyone, "Well, I'm home." I hugged Naruto close to me and kissed him with all the passion I could muster. He kissed back equally as passionate before breaking for air.
We heard the others gather and said in unison, "Welcome home our Angel Kistune!" Naruto's laughter ranged throughout the room. I smiled and watched everyone welcome him back. It seems I finally have my angel and he's staying.
I felt Naruto leaned close to my ear, "It seems like you became just the thing I needed to live. My precious Poison."
