Jessica's POV

He left me. He freaking left after he promise that we would be great parents to our child. I let one of my crystal clear tears run down my face and drop onto the hardwood floor only to be followed by fresh ones. Everything was so quiet that you hear the slightest sound like a fly. Drip, drip, the tears went on. I started sobbing. He lied, I kept repeating in my head. I looked down at my womb and lightly patted the growing creature inside of me. How am I going to do this by myself? I haven't gone back my town for a few months so I think the cops just presumed me dead already. If that didn't happen which I know it didn't, then I'm just going to get beaten to death by leaving. I really didn't want to face that horrendous witch, speaking of the devil, what if Zalgo comes back. Oh no please don't, I prayed. I then decided to move out since I'm just going to be alone here, and its not a good choice to stay here while monsters lurk in the dark.

I went upstairs to pack everything I own. From toiletries to clothes. I shoved them all in my bag. It was very heavy but I've gone through worse. I mustered all of my strength into picking the bag up. Good thing, it didn't break my back or have a dislocated shoulder. I headed outside into the cool breeze of winter. I put one of my thick fluffy sweaters to keep the cold out and entered the fairly lit forest. It actually looked quite nice in the day time but when it's night, it looks like the dead is coming back to life. Butterflies and bees making their way to a sweet flower. Sucking on the nectar and leaving pollen. If only in was like that with Slendy and I. I kept my guard up incase someone or something wanted to attack me. My tiny feet scrunched on the leaves beneath my feet as I stepped.

I reached my old town in about an hour or so and quickly stepped out the forest to avoid suspicion. I looked all around and spotted my house. I made the sign of the cross hoping I won't die. My shoelaces were untied and I didn't noticed. I took one step forward to land on the hands. I didn't land on my face, I was still worried about the baby eve though I didn't really land flat on my stomach, but babies are really sensitive to sudden impacts. I regained my strength and stood up. I looked at the cuts on my palms, they weren't to deep, so I was okay. A girl came my way running once I stood up. I suddenly recognized her as my best friend, Alice.

"Omg, are you okay?", she asked. She then realized it was me and took me in a hug. "Jess where were you. Everyone thought you were dead", she said, sobbing onto my shoulder. "Well I was uh ...... lost in the woods." "And you brought your clothes there", she said, pointing to my bag. I then thought about a good lie. "Sorry I didn't tell you this Alice, but you know how my mom abuses me. I didn't want to be abused anymore so I moved away. I got a job somewhere and got an apartment but then I got fired and couldn't pay my rent anymore so ..... I'm back", I said. I never felt good about lying especially to my friends considering she's my best friend since we were 2.

"Oh okay then lets take you back home", she said. I froze and shook my head no. "No no please Alice don't make me go back to that dungeon place", I said, tears threating to fall. "Ok then why not stay at my house?", she asked. I just nodded my  head. She took my bag as I walked behind her to her house. We walked for at least 10 minutes in silence until she brought up a question I didn't want her to ask. "Jess are you pregnant?" How did she know? I mentally tell myself. But this time I told the truth," Yes, but how did you know?" " I saw how you patted your womb so I just figured your pregnant", she said, simply. I was kinda surprised when she didn't ask me who got me pregnant. We came upon her house.

She opened the door and I breathed in the sweet smell of melons mixed with cherry. The smell invited me into their home taking me in. They said that they had a guest room so I excused myself to go. I stepped in, taking in the warm atmosphere. I set my bag on the white bed, and opened the window to let in the cool refreshing crisp air into my bedroom. I went back to putting everything in place. After everything was now organized and clean, I decided to take a walk in the park. I took my phone with me just incase. I walked through the park. I sat on one of the benches and started crying, remembering Slendy. I stayed for about an hour until no more tears could out. I stood up to leave but I sensed a presence behind me.

I turned around to meet Trendy.
