"Okay class today you will be working in pairs while doing a project! How exciting is that?!" She asked. (Ms. Strauss)

Everyone whined. "Aww man!!"

"Yeah I don't care what you think but you will be doing a presentation about an animal!" She said smiling.

"Now pick your partner" she said with excitement.

Before they were about to pick their partners, someone knocked on the door.

"Boom boom"

Someone knocked on the door. Who must it be? (Me sounding like a stupid secret agent..great) The teacher opened the door and there stood the principal with a tall boy with orange hair.

"Well hello Ms. Strauss sorry to bother you again for this second time but this young man will be joining your class, and again I am sorry for the interruption."

"No you're fine thank you!" With that the principal just left.

"Hey.." He said with a smile.

"Hello there and your name is?" She asked.

"Loke." He said with a big smile.

He wore his uniform with a red tie and he also wears glasses.

"Welcome to our class..we are doing a project so why don't you sit next to Lucy?! Lucy raise your hand."

"Yes ma'am"

Well I guess there's a new student here too!

"Okay we're doing a project so feel free to pick your partner,but one group will have 3 people in it." She said.

And with that said, Loke..the new student and Natsu was looking at me thinking that we would become partners.

"Hey there,would you be my partner? You seem interesting to work with!" He said.

I turned my eyes to the corner and saw natsu burning with flames..what the heck? A stupid guy like him wants to work with a smart girl like me yea! No not happening. I mean how can I reject the new kid? He does seem nice to work with though since we are both new here.

"So what do you say?" He says with a smile.

"Uh-um..sure!!" I answered happily. Oh well yikes for him..

"OK class I see Levy and gajeel? Jellal and Erza? Gray and Juvia!! Loke and Lucy! What about natsu?" She said.

"Um I DONT HAVE A PARTNER MA'AM!!" He yelled.

"Don't worry,you can work with Lucccc-GRAY!! and JUVIA!!"

She almost said my name but quickly changed to gray's name. She turned to me and winked at me,I smiled back.

The bell finally rang but before I was about to leave the class...

"Hey miss Lucy,do you mind staying for a while?" Ms. Strauss asked.

"No I don't mind."

Why is she asking me to stay am I in trouble?

"OK,the reason I asked you to stay is to talk about the people in this class. Would you like me to talk about them? So you can get to know them?"

"Yeah sure!! I would love to get to know them!!" I mean if I say no that's rude isn't it?..but either way sure!
