She sat in her room, listening to the echoing thunder and the rain beating in the window. She lowered her music volume a bit to listen to both the relaxing rain, and her music. She loved stormy days because it matched her very own personality. Gloomy, anger and depression. The thunder boomed again and she stared st her phone, knowing that he wasn't going to text her. She thought that he cared. He stated "I can't go 10 minutes without you" but she guessed things changed ever since he broke up with her. She thought that her nightmares would never come true but sadly, it did. Since then, the love that they had before changed. It wasn't even love anymore. She desperately wanted him back. She put her last rays of hope into the relationship that they were building only for it to be shattered. She was broken, destroyed, and devastated. She couldn't look anyone in the eye like she use to. She was unable to communicate the way she use to before. She lost all will power to go on and gave up on herself. She continued to wait for a text from him but she knew that he wasn't going to. She knew that making a decision like that would be risky but she wanted to see if he actually would agree to it. He did. He did so quickly that she never received an answer on if he agreed. He read her message and never responded. She tried to push that feeling in her gut to the side but she couldn't. She checked all his social media. Instagram, Facebook, Kik...repeat. She continued that every five minutes of the hour until she slept. She felt him slipping away and out of her life. She didn't know if it would be a good thing or not. Her love for him was still there and she was using all of her strength to hide it. She closed her eyes and slowly let her mind run into unconsciousness as we all know, sleep.
