Blood Moon

Happy Birthday

Since today was the day of the Blood Moon school was cancelled and all the shops were closed down which made zero sense seeing as the Blood Moon wasn't until night. Since there was nothing to do Rex and I decided to go on a walk through the trail in the forest. It was peaceful and quiet. On our walk Rex and I found a waterfall and  a hot spring on the other side of the forest. It was pretty kool we decided to get in. It was fun especiall since Rex was clinging to me. I don't think he likes the water all that much. 

By the time we got back to the house we were both tred and freezing. It was around 3 when we took a nap and I woke up around 5. I still had some time before I'd make dinner so I decided to leet Rex sleep and pick some roses from my garden in the back. I never cut the thorns on my roses because I thought they were beautiful the way they were. I arranged them into a boquet and I set them down on the Island. Since I was planning on going to the abandoned church and celebrating my birthday under the Cherry Blossom Tree I got a picnic basket and a blanket. I made dinner around 9 and put everything in the car. Rex was already awake when I got ready so he jumped into the basket when I finished putting everything aaway. He's just so cute. By the time we got there it was 11:45 so I set everything up under the tree. The moon was already out byt the time we got there. So I set everything up as if it were a date with Rex as my date. We looked at the moon for a while before I got out the food. I had made some crab legs, spaghetti, string beans, steak, and to drink I got Wine and water for Rex.I waited until the 11:55  before I set out all the food. I poured myself a glass of whine and made a toast to myself.  "Happy Birthday to me!"
