It's been two months since the genin teams were sign and those who have passed their senei's test. Only nine teams passed..
Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, Hinata Pyua former Huyga, Sasuke Uchiha.. Now that was a team the hokage was proud of. With the exception that Naruto doesn't trust Sasuke. Has the hokage was thinking about the team. He didn't notice when his office door was open until he heard it close.
" Sorry to bother you Hokage-sama but I would like to make a request." Kota Morino asked bowing his head.
"Mhmm... Kota-Chan what is it that you ask?" The third said/asked looking at one of his best shinobi's in the village.
"I would like to join Team 7 on a C-Rank mission." Kota said getting to the point.
"Mhmm... why? if I may ask." The third questioned.
"Because I myself do not trust Sasuke Uchiha... I already talked to Ryu about this and he noticed how Naruto was watching him when they do D rank missions. I also notice his hateful glares at all of the genins that passed." Kota said seriously before adding.
"Plus I would love to see what Kakashi team can do.. I mean they have the legendary Cyclops...." Kota said with a scary smile it was sweet but to sweet.
"Mhmmm.... I am curious also Kota... Fine I'll allow it. However if the councils asked about it I will tell them that team 7 had asked for help and you insisted that I let you go to their aid. " The third said making Kota smile and bow his head in thanks before disappearing in a swirl of blue fire.
Team 7 and Team 10 were walking together towards the hokage tower.
"*Ywan*.. I'm so teird." Shikamaru said cover in dirt and cuts.
"Never in my life have I ever met someone who falls asleep while walking a dog." Kota said laughing his butt off. Kota was to sweet and nice for Sasuke taste but to Hinata and Naruto they knew he was wearing a mask.
"So Ryu-kun, Hatake how about we go get some drinks after today missions of course." Kota asked with a smile.
"I would love that Kota-kun." Ryu said grabbing Kota hands affectionately. Making Naruto to gagged and Sasuke to trun blue.
"*Giggling* Ryu - sensei and kota-san are funny." Hinata said giggling. Both sensei's turned towards hinata and had hearts in their eyes.
"Hina your just to adorable." Kota and Ryu said jumping on the poor girl.
"I wish you were older so then I could date you." Kota said making the girl blush a little.
"I wish I was a couple years younger because then I would've been able to get with her." Ryu said making Hinata blush even more.
Naruto was glaring at the two sensei's in anger at how they were talking about hinata. He didn't know why but he didn't like the idea of hinata dating any other boys or men.
"How embarrassing. Kota sensei please leave hinata alone." Shino and shikamaru mumbled in annoyance.
"But she's just so cute!" Kota complained.
"Hello Team 7,... I have a C Rank mission for you guys." The hokage said watching how the genins would act.
"YES!!!!" Naruto yelled jumping up and down.
" Anyways. You guys will protect a bridge builder and his grandson all the way back to wave village and until he finish the bridge." The third said seriously making everyone look serious also.
"Umm... Hokage-sama what about us ream 10?" Shino asked politely.
"Mhmm.... oh i have a C-Rank mission you also. You guys will take out a group of bandits in a near by village." The hokage said as there was a knock on his door.
"Come in." The hokage said. As the door opened a old man who smells of sake and alcohol. A little boy with brown hair and cold brown eyes.
"Tch.... what's this? It's like a daycare." The man said.
"These ninjas here will be your bodyguards until the bridge is finished." The third said.
"I'm Asuma. However I'm not the team who will help you..." Asuma said looking at their clients with guarded eyes.
"Tazuna, and this is my grandson Inari. " The old man said taking a sip of sake.
"Nice to meet you... now you would have one jounin, however I will be going with you." Kota said smiling.
"So...we are gonna have two jounins?" Hinata questioned.
"Yes." Kota said seriously.
" Oh." Hinata said.
" Anyways we will meet at the front gate at eight." Kota said as everyone nodded their heads in agreement.
" Naruto I would appreciate it if you kept an eye on the little one." Kota said seriously looking at Naruto in the eyes.
"Hai. You can count on me." Naruto said leaving with his teammates and team 10.
"Kota why did you exactly ask for you and Kakashi to be the jounin on this mission?" Ryu asked once every one was gone except for Kota, the third, and himself.
"Because you all know I won't allow anything to happen to the prince of kitsune and the snow princess." Kota said making Ryu look at him in surprise but hold his tongue.
"How did you know?" The hokage asked voicing his surprise.
"Let's just say I know someone who knew Kurama and Kakumi longer." Kota said ending the conversation at that.
"I see... well then why not have Ryu?" The third asked.
"I need to see how team 7 stands with Kakashi Hatake. I have a sicken feeling that him and Sasuke are up to no good." Kota said watching his hokage eyes dilated a little, but wasn't gonna question it.
" I....I.....I see...well then... is that all?" The third questioned.
"Yes... it is.. come on Ryu let's go drink." Kota said smiling as he and Ryu left taking leaving threw the window.
