It was a Wednesday at the young worker's job. Melanie was in her office cubicle. she had arrived just a short while before.
Melanie stood up and looked around the office. She fealt as if someone was watching her, but no one was in today yet even though Wednesdays were always the most hectic. "Weird" she thought. She was even an hour late.
Melanie stopped typing at her desk and rolled her black roller chair backwards. She got up, out of her seat and went walking around the office to find someone.
Melanie looked around all over the two story building to find another staff member, but no luck. No employees were found.
She hopped in the elevator to go back up to her cubicle. in the elevator she kept hearing a strange sound. like water flowing or should I say gurgling down a drain. It's very loud an seems to be all around her.
Melanie feels a dripping on her head and the elevator come to a slow stop as if its being weighed down by something.
The dripping worsens and she feels the top of her head. she feels a warm thick liquid then looks at her hand in shock " it's blood" she says with shock and disgust.
The elevator snaps and falls 2 stories down, taking Melanie with it. the elevator slammed down on the basement floor with a crash. Melanie is alive. she sits up against a wall mel moans in pain "aw fu-"
Just as she started to talk the roof of the elevator gave out from the weight of her dead co-workers! The shock and grossness of what just happens made her want to puke. but she couldn't she had to get out she tried to climb out of the bloody mess but it was just too heavy. instead she had to try and pry the door open, while her co-workers blood was pouring in the corpse filled elevator. she managed to open it enough to free her head. she stuck her head out and let the blood drain out.
Melanie's hands slipped from the slimy bloodbath the pressure of the quickly closing doors ripped open the artery on her neck. she was dying of bloodloss, painfully slowly with her blood gushing out of her with a gurgle. Gurgle. GURGLE
