Clove's POV
Cato and I both think that I will go in for our backpack and he will look for Thresh and Peeta as the girl form five isn't a fret right now. Cato said I could have fire girl if I promised the audience a good show, which I will.
We wait for five minutes before we see the table rise up and in a blink of an eye we see the girl from five come out from the cornucopia and take her bag.
I'm about to run at her at her when Cato stops me
"leave her she's not the one we want"
So we leave her be. Before I go I look at Cato and he says good luck then he does the unthinkable he kisses me right on the lips, when we finally pull away he says "I have wanted to do that for ages" Cato says staring deep into my eyes i just nod while staring into his eyes.
I give Cato a tiny smile before I start running towards the cornucopia.
I see Katniss and I throw a knife and it hits her above the eye this is my chance I tackle her to the ground, she try's to break free but there's no chance she will
"forget it district 12, we're going to kill you, just like we did to your little ally....
What was her name? The one who hopped around in the trees? Rue?
Well rue, then you, and I think we'll just let nature take care of lover boy. How does that sound?

I'm about to cut her mouth when someone lifts me off her and smashes me into the cornucopia and when i see who it is I'm terrified. Thresh.
"What did you do to that little girl?!" He says looking deep in my eyes
"You cut her up like you we're about to to this girl?!"
"No no it wasn't me" I say but his hands stay wrapped round my neck
I'm about to say more when I see a massive rock in his hands and I just lose it
"CATO, CATO" I scream with terror in my voice
"CLOVE, IM COMING CLOVE" I hear him scream back but he's so far I know he won't make it in time.
Thresh hits me over the head with the rock and I fall to the ground.
Cato's POV
I can't see Clove but when I get closer to the cornucopia i see a broken body lying on the ground in a pool of blood, then I see the face.
"NO CLOVE NO!!" I run and kneel besides her
"Clove you can't leave me here" I say with tears in my eyes
"it's ok Cato you'll live without me" she says with a single tear forming in her eye
"no I can't Clover. Please stay with me"
my tears are falling like rain but I don't care
"Don't cry Cato"
but tears are already falling from her eyes
"be strong Cato, win for me" Clove says
"I will" I gentle kiss her "I love you my little Clover"
"I love you to Cato" her eyes shut and a cannon sounds
"NO!!"
I just sit there holding Clove in my arms and just cry till there is no water left in my body.
"I love you my little Clover"
I kiss her on her cold forehead. I stand up look at her broken body again and whisper
"see you soon Clove I'm sorry but I can't win this, not without you"
I walk away. I'm angry now, Thresh killed the love of my life it breaks my heart. Thresh better watch his back, when I find him I will kill him the most slowest and painfully way ever.
