Dear diary,
Ughhh I absolutely hate my parents, hate them!! All they do is work and send me off to some relative! I'm up to here with it!"
I put down my purple diary and shoved it under my mattress angrily. I heard someone come up the stairs, so I locked my door, my low tangled bun flopped behind me.
I heard the footsteps grow to a halt and leaned against the door,
"Micah,can I come in?"
I scowled"go away mom!"
"But micah, I have to talk -" I cut her off"Why don't you just go off on a business trip or something?!"
"Micah-"
"You and dad can just drop me off with some relative and think I'll be happy or something, you're REEALY good at THAT!"
"Micah, unlock this door"Mom sighed and chuckled softly. I unlocked it and ran to my bed, landing with a thump and losing one of my tigger socks in the process. She opened the door, leaning against its white, pixie light rimmed frame, I closed the curtains on my bed.
"Why didn't you leave your drama at Ms.Delles class? I paid a lot for that."
Her words rolled off her tounge as if she had wanted to say that for weeks.
"Is that all you had to say, if so then leave" I hugged a pink pillow ready to throw if needed, maybe I was a bit of a drama queen.
"Then lea-"
"No actually I wanted to know if you wanted to stay with your aunt and uncle this summer."
I lit up. My aunt and uncle lived in Paris and owned a nice hotel, I love them with all my heart. I opened the pink curtains draped over my bed.
"Really?"
"Yeah but, seeing you're acting like a four year old, I'm guessing you don't want to-"
"No I'm done see"I breathed in and puffed out my chest
"Now I'm acting like a normal 15 year old, normal, not four year old me!"
She smiled, and as I was just beginning to see the human side of this tall businesswoman, her earpiece beeped and she briskly turned around on her heels. I heard them go down the marble stairs with a tok tok tok. I rolled my eyes and took out my diary.Plans for the summer
1.have a party
2.find a cute boy❤
3.go to the summer moon dance
4.have the best summer EVER!
I closed my diary and flopped onto the bed. I looked up to where my bed curtains met, and smiled.
"Soon I'll be in Paris with my favorite aunt ever!"
I rolled onto my stomach and inched myself over the side of my bed, reaching under it, trying to find my luggage. I felt the cold handle and pulled it out halfway, getting off the bed to pull it out fully. I couldn't wipe this smile off my face now, until my mom came in and told me the news.
