Joey's Pov
"Come on, let's go!" I hear Meghan say.
"You need to get dressed." Meghan continues to say.
It was like any other ordinary day. My friends and I were eating the schools disgusting cafeteria lunch. My friends all seemed happy. And me, I was miserable!
I haven't told any of my friends that I'm gay, except Meghan.
Meghan was like my best friend who would never betray me, and that I could trust.
I, then, hear Meghan ask me if she can talk to me for a second.
I reply with a simple 'yes' and we step aside from the table.
"Hey! Cheer up:) I know you're sad about your breakup with Pres..."
Before she finishes saying his name, I interrupt her and ask her not to say his name.
"Oh, sorry. There are other people out there, and he was clearly not one. After school I'll help you find a someone new."
We return to our table to throw away our lunch, and then went to our classes.
During history, I couldn't stop but think about how one day I'll have the right man. It made me happy, and I couldn't wait till after school!
